We've been great customers since they opened, but man, has service and management declined. We stopped in late afternoon and asked to sit outside. The hostess had to clean off a table for us - two were still left dirty attracting flies. I ordered the spicy shrimp, but they were out of shrimp (Whole Foods is right next door - go get some shrimp!). So I ordered wings and fries. Dining partner ordered burger. Some of the food came out without utensils or drinks - the person who brought the drinks was going to check on the fries - fries never arrived. There seemed to be enough staff, but not enough motivation. No one ever checked on us to see how the meal was. Food was good (what we received) but the experience was super lacking. And it was expensive (over $40 for a burger and wings and two soft drinks). Little tweaks and this place will be back to where it was - come on, management!

Ordered through GrubHub. 1/3rd of order missing. GrubHub refunds cost of burger, nothing else. No way to get my meal without ordering again and paying fees. Just be aware. Restaurant can’t properly fill orders and, if you order through grubhub, you won’t eat.

After placing an order for a few burgers, I was there to pick up and gone in less than eight minutes as they were quick.Everybody that was in the restaurant was very friendly and kind.Every time I have been here over the years, the restaurant and restrooms are always top-notch and clean. You can tell that the employees and managers make sure to take care of every spot in the place and keep it extremely clean.The fries are always cooked to perfection with no issues and the burger time was excellent !Burgers were cooked properly the buns were not soggy, and the lettuce was crisp .I got to build your own burger and did not regret it. But sometimes I will go for a premade burger off the menu and they are excellent as well.Stop this place they do a great job no matter how busy they are and will always have friendly employees to greet you !
Great service for a group of 14! The brisket quesadilla was delicious and our table loved the Brussels sprouts as well. There was something on the menu for everyone. Highly recommend!

I was able to get a glutennfree dairy free bun with my lamb Burger & fries. I can eat goat cheese and had that with the Burger. No aioli though as it contained soy. NY wife had rhr Bourbon Burger and loved it as well.
