Made a pickup order for chicken sandwich and they literally gave me just a patty. Plus it's processed and not very good. Definitely won't go to this location or recommend. The hostess at the front was nice that's the only reason for not just having one star across the board.

Burger was under cooked, macaroni and cheese tasted as if they had poured salt into it. My girlfriend’s burger was also undercooked. Through out the day I experienced food poisoning symptoms. We ate there around 3pm, it is 4 am the next day and I am now experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms. After reading several reviews on uncooked/undercooked meat from the establish along with complaints of E. coli, sanitary issues & other people experiencing the same “symptoms” I think there should be some type of health inspection performed on this location. No I haven’t reached out to the restaurant as I see several people who have were either disrespected or just told it’s not their fault. My meal was also around 80$… however, the waitress was very nice.

It took us 20 minutes to even get our drink order in and then another 50 minutes to an hour to just order our food. Overall the excessive wait times with a not even full restaurant was terrible and the food wasn’t worth it.

Came in from out of town and a friend suggested I come here, was not disappointed. Ordered the east coast burger with fries and a blueberry mojito. The burger was cooked right, ingredients tasted fresh, most places see fries as an afterthought but here they were freshly cut and had some kind of seasoning on them tasted great. And I had never had a mojito made with blueberry simple syrup before but I'd highly recommend trying it.

Inspired burgers, great Mac and Cheese! The service was wonderful. Parking is usually ample along the street. A great experience! My only suggestion is to include a wet-nap with each meal; the burger gets a little messy.
The food at this location is great. Substantially better than the Carytown location. However, the service we received here was downright disrespectful.Our server, Kristen, just completely ignored us, totally disregarding us our entire stay. I watched the bartender put our drinks on the counter. I also watched Kristen refuse to bring them to us. Later, I watched the cook place our orders on the bay. I also watched Kristen, who was standing right next to the food, completely ignore it and instead continue her conversation with a coworker. It took forever for us to get our check and then for us to get the check back after the card was ran. Of course, the delay was because Kristen was talking and texting. In total, we waited for Kristen for 30 minutes. The whole ordeal was annoying at first. But soon enough, it became hurtful. If I had any clue of what we did to deserve such treatment, I certainly would have either apologized or just not come in the first place.Thank God for the young guy with the dreadlocks and the other blond server. Together, they offered some help to us and made our experiences a little easier to bear. Their tables were also well attended to. I wish we could have switched servers.The food was great. But if this is how we’ll be treated, I likely will never return.

You can customize your burger and change it into a vegetarian option. The patty would be the same for non-veg burgers you would convert into vegetarian. Only the variety of sauce you may get. The taste is good.Ambience is also good.
