They must of hired a new manager for this Friday night. I’ve always made the same order for the last 6 months, once per week, and today the employees kept saying she won’t let you do this. Finally, I asked who “she” was, and they answered their new manager. I asked to speak to her, and she began yelling about how they don’t need my business and how she hated dealing with customers. It was very unprofessional.
This was my first visit to this Burger King, the staff was very friendly and professional, the food was nice and hot.
Waste store ever i visited, the employees are not friendly and rude.

They messed up my orders too many times and did not refund me.
The place was extremely dirty, the floors were covered in dirt. Didn't look like they have been mopped recently. The entrance rugs were disgusting. I have to say the young man, who took my order was nice. The sandwich was freshly made, but the fries looked and tasted like they were dropped twice in the fryer. They were very brown and tough.
I was very disappointed in my visit.
Just ordered from Burger King on Pouncy Tract. I think her name is Miss Ann, horrible attitude worst interaction I've ever had at a Burger King. It seems everybody there is this rude and has a chip on their shoulder. Meanwhile the other person that's supposed to be helping them is in their truck smoking when he should be helping out his coworkers.

The drive-thru experience has sharply declined due to one employee’s poor attitude and lack of effort. On two occasions, I was using Apple Pay and fully extended my arm out the window, yet she refused to meet me halfway with the card reader. When I asked her to extend it slightly, she dismissively suggested I stretch further, despite it being clear I couldn’t. This level of service is unacceptable, and she is clearly not suited for a customer-facing position. She needs to be reassigned to a role elsewhere, as her demeanor and effort are not fit for the drive-thru. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

I wish I could remember everyones name, so here is a list of the amazing people I have met over the years at various locations who I sometimes get surprised and see here again.
Chive, Duane, Michael Aiden, Leroy, Shirley, Doris, Soul Sister, Cindy, Robert, Terry, Amal, Shaun, and Shanya. There are soooo many more, I will edit and add names as I remember them.
Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is amazing hands down!
Dietary restrictions: If you cannot eat beef, the impossible whopper is amazing, I skip the cheese on it, however, the cheese taste good on other items.
Parking: Plenty of parking unless it is a major movie night then regal cinema overflows to surrounding lots.
Kid-friendliness: They are amazing for our special needs family member.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of spacing for wheelchairs and other mobility aids.

Milkshake where? More like milk. I've never had a milkshake NOT have ice cream in it before. It's like it was made with straight chocolate syrup and milkshake base. Or completely melted ice cream. And don't get me started on the mess it made when it was handed to me sans napkin until I asked for one as it dripped into my car, or the lack of straw, or the wait time without being acknowledged both at the speaker and window. Yikes, y'all.

After placing my order that included a free any size fry coupon, I realized I didn't see where it said to select the size and I had ordered a small by accident. When I arrived I let the girl behind the counter know and showed her my app and she said no problem and switched it to a large. Another woman came over, very rude, not even acknowledging I was standing there, after the girl explained what happened and why it was a large she dumped it right out and said no give her a small. She was not even communicating with me at all. I said excuse me, and showed her the app and explained what happened. She proceeded to try and start an argument with me over what was an approved offer and an accident when placing the order and tell me I picked a small fry though so too bad I was getting a small. I said it was just a mistake is it really that big a deal for a large when I did select the correct coupon? She still made me feel like a horrible human being and was miserable over a very simple fix which she gave me in the end but found it necessary to argue and was very annoyed by my request. Absolutely no customer skills or a sense of doing the right thing. The first girl did the right thing. And for her to undermine her employee like that in front of a customer is also terrible. I won't be returning to this location. There's plenty of other options.
