I entered at 8:45 and was told they were closed. Doors weren’t locked. I wouldn’t have wasted my time traveling to the establishment if I’d known they lacked integrity. You should know that closing at 9 means closing at 8:30.

We’ve been customers for a very long time, we love the flavor of the chicken and the sides, but this last time we order for pick up, the chicken was too small and the amount of french fries and yuca was reduced to half of what we usually had; we were very disappointed.

The chicken was AMAZING! Chef kiss! I don't know how they pack all that flavor in the meat, under thr skin. They had lots of good side choices. The green sauce is a little spicy but absolutely delicious! And I have never enjoyed rice more.

The Peruvian chicken is excellent—flavorful and high quality. But the service and consistency at the Glen Allen location need work:
1) I’ve stopped ordering plantains—they used to be great, but now they’re often hard and not ripe.
2) The green rice can be dry and not as fresh at times.
3) I’ve ordered white meat chicken (and paid extra), but they often mix in dark meat without notice. The excuse is always that they ran out.
4) For takeout, the sauces are minimal—two tiny containers for half a chicken isn’t enough.

I love this place everything I have tried is always good. 1/2 chicken is cooked juicy & tender. The steak and cheese sub with their green sauce. Service is alway good and helpful in ordering. Always fast service
Was in the area, I normally get their chicken by the airport. Food tasted the say, only difference was the plantain. It was not as good as the other location but could have been the plantains were not ripe enough.
