Ok, the chicken was good. Our sides were green beans and fried rice. It was all good and fresh, but I don't think this was my kind of lunch. Maybe not enough seasoning. They do a military discount. The server was polite and friendly. The drinks are 3.50 each in a small cup, but you can get refills. Both sauces were good.

Today I visited Basket Chicken Short Pump, currently with excellent new management. The service has improved since my last visit. I have seen some reviews that detract from the restaurant, but I found that they have exquisite seasoning. #I'll be back soon ❤️

Have been coming here a few times now and honestly kinda tired of the inconsistency of the quality of food and service so not coming back for sure I rather make the 2 hour drive to northern ca and get consistency and quality food the white sauce was bad the guy gave me salad dressing and when I asked for the other regular sauce he says this is the only one we have then I on my half chicken I get two breast pieces which looked like they have been sitting there a while and they just wanted to get rid of them usually when you order half a chicken you get a thigh and a drum the flavor wasn't there and tired of spending almost $20 for shitty food don't recommend thisnpoace just go else where

Was not disappointed at all was some of the best restaurant chicken I have eaten. I love that they use charcoal to cook their chicken. Burgers are also great too. Will most definitely be back.
