My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch and it was great!! Our food was delicious and our server Ariel was amazing!! Not only was she serving but hostessing and running food. And she held it all down with a smile. Her attitude made our experience that much better. We will definitely be going back.

Last night, my dining experience here was a tale of two stories. On one hand, the service was impeccable. Our server, Jalynn, was a delight—attentive with down right phenomenal customer service, and genuinely warm. She made sure our evening flowed smoothly, anticipating our needs without being intrusive. The service manager, Kyle, also deserves a mention for his outstanding oversight and personable touch to our dining experience as well. However, the food did not quite match the high bar set by the service. The flavors were underwhelming and lacked the wow factor I was anticipating leaving us feeling that the cuisine was just sub-par.In all, the service provided by Jalynn and Kyle was a highlight and would bring me back to give the kitchen another chance, I hope to see the food quality lift to meet the standard of service on my next visit.
The chicken marsala was delightful. And the asparagus was cooked to perfection . But I think they changed their Sangria recipe; it wasn't great like it used to be.

Today I placed a carside to go order I ordered 2 full spaghetti with angel hair and meat sauce, with an extra cup of meat sauce on the side for each one. 2 shrimp scampi with an extra cup of scampi sauce for each one. 2 regular salads with ranch dressing. I did not get even one salad and no extra shrimp scampi sauce. I love carrabba's but this has happened on my orders far too many times and I have never said anything, but now it's like I know now everything I order I'm not going to get evetything. And I just checked and the spaghetti has regular spahetti, which I do not like. I definetly want my order replaced. This is garbage. I never had success with putting my order in online. So I always call it directly in and have them repeat my order and this is what I still get. I am very upset because I don't have anything for dinner tonight.
