At the cava-Franklin location. I ordered $48.62. The pita that was served to me had visible mold on it. I didn’t discover to mold until after I got in the car and took a bite of it which had a mold taste. When I brought it back inside the manager refused to give a refund in store. They continued to serve people bread out of the same container which the moldy bread came from. And when I brought it up they tried to tell me it wasn’t the same bread as the bread I received was “whole,not cut” which is false. I had to make a seen and mention the health code in order for them to though it away. I took photos of the mold on the bread. Filed a complaint with corporate. Do not eat at this location.

Every time I place an online order. The staff forgets to include the pita chips. So far, this has happened twice in a row.
The second time I asked for the chips that were missing. I only got one out of the 2 that I ordered. How can I help the staff remember?

Gainesville, VA location is always on spot. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. Last night was cold and dreary, but Arlin and the staff whipped up two perfect bowls and a fantastic pita and had me on my way quickly. My family is never disappointed with this location, keep up the great work. If you have never tried Cava, give it a shot!

The bowls were good but we didn't pay attention to what we were charged for 2 bowls. $48 is outrageous for 2 falafel bowls pita and a ginger beer. We eat Cava often and never paid that much. This was Saturday night. Nov 8th around 8pm
The only black girl working that night was very mean to her peer making our bowls. She was cutting her, talking over her and also reaching over our bowls making the lady behind us her bowl. It was very awkward and unnecessary I couldn't imagine working with her all day. May be how we got charged wrong for our bowls. We live in SC so we cannot go in for a refund but they need to train on the register because it's no way I had a $25 bowl

Why act like yall close at 9, when you close at 10? Went there at 8:50, everything was empty including the ice with no attempt to refill anything like food toppings. With still an hour before close youd assume it wouldnt be like that.

I love eating at cava but I’m sure as you know every location is slightly different. please avoid eating this location as their rice is like trying to eat rocks. I couldn’t finish my food. Too dangerous for my teeth. I would give zero stars if I could for food.
The food was so tasty, and the portions are great. Kendall was very helpful with suggestions for our bowls. Also, don’t miss the drinks.
