Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I got the chicken buffalo cheesesteak and Old School Cheesesteak. Both did not have much meat on them and the steak if the cheap stuff and not real steak like you would think. There also was too much Buffalo sauce also for the amount of toppings so it just ran out the bottom. 3/5 Would not go back personally.

Well, I have to accept some blame, but if you're going to Charley's today, make sure your order is right on your receipt. Let's just say I trusted and didn't verify my receipt and didn't get what I asked for. Doesn't help they have careless-whisper working the counter; couldn't hear him, and apparently, he didn't hear me. Super disappointed; I just wanted a Turkey Bacon.

Philly combo is what we ordered. Everything came out super fast and fresh. Food was good. Ladies room was clean but out of toilet paper and paper towels so had to go elsewhere when we finished eating. Employees were friendly. I'd probably eat here again!

I got the Philly cheese steak. It was fine. I would go back again for lunch since it’s a convenient spot but nothing that knocked my socks off.

The best item we had was the wings. The shake had a sour taste, and the cheese steak lacked seasoning with mild flavor. The fries were a little salty but ok. Unfortunately, I had higher hopes, mybe. I'll give them another try.

Pretty good food, Terrible service from the cashier who seems to be racist towards anyone who isn’t white and hates his life when taking orders, it would be a great place without him there!

Great service, walked in and was instantly greeted. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The subs, fries and lemonade were great. I also got the garlic parm wings they lacked flavor but were fried to perfection. I would definitely go back for the sub and fries.

Such weird energy to have a kids foundation and want to support the kids just to remove kid meals? However you can still order them online? Doesn’t seem to align with the values presented on the website. Super disgusted.

Best cheese steaks in rva! We went on a Friday around 630. We were greeted by Bella who was very friendly and patient while we looked over the menu and asked questions. We got a sub and the wings. Bread was fresh ingredients were all good. Hands down the best sub I've had in a while. It was so good that we ordered one to go for the next day. Wings were freshly made, saucey and crisp on the edges. Delicious. Highly recommend.
