I brought my son here for the first time last week, and it’s his new favorite. He inhaled his chicken sandwich and waffle fries, and had a great time playing with other kids in the play area. The service is efficient and the employees are SO nice. Shout out to Landry, MacKenzie, and Nathan.

Bathroom were gross then closed for cleaning so crazy long line and still urine on floor. Fly floating in my daughter's sweetened tea.
I came here through the drive thru and it was very busy. There was only one line available but the service was still quick and efficient. The food was nice and hot when I got home. I would next time go inside to get my food rather than wait in line. But, the service was good and I'd come back again to this location.

I want to pause for just a moment to marvel at how an enterprise like Chick-fil-A is able to get so much right---consistent, high-quality food and service that is amazingly friendly and efficient.
I don't know how they do it but they are somehow able to achieve what alludes so many others—employees who seem genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. People who engage with and appreciate their customers.
I've been to this Glen Allen location many times and I've never been disappointed—hats off to all of you—you’ve made it special!
