As a big fan of chicken salad this was my first time here and it was delicious!!! Very filling and a lot of options. I hope y'all bring one closer to midlothian. I will be back again 💛

Sides weren't in the sections, they were dumped all over the inside and on the sandwich. Sauce from sides made the sandwich soggy. Missing a cookie, flavors don't taste the same as they have in the past, much more bland.

Great place for girls lunch out! Food is so good and great service.
Yes, it's a chain, but these guys rock it out in a busy location and give consistent good quality food and service. A definite favorite of mine for lunch when I need a work friendly meal where I won't feel bloated and heavy afterward.

The app no longer works, didn't recognize log in. I had to reinstall to get it going but that has been resolved.
Last visit didn't go well, croissant was hard to chew and chicken salad was non-existent on the melt. Paid 13 dollars for 2 dollars worth of chicken salad.
Chicken Salad Chick has done an excellent job in addressing my concerns and I am giving them a second chance and adding a star for the great service.

I had gotten an order from Crumbl and was thinking of going in after I finished but an employee approached me and told me if I wasn't going to order anything, I had 2 minutes to leave. We left, and I have zero plans of ever giving this franchise the time of day
