Last visit didn't go well, croissant was hard to chew and chicken salad was non-existent on the melt. Paid 13 dollars for 2 dollars worth of chicken salad.
Chicken Salad Chick has done an excellent job in addressing my concerns and I am giving them a second chance and adding a star for the great service.

I had gotten an order from Crumbl and was thinking of going in after I finished but an employee approached me and told me if I wasn't going to order anything, I had 2 minutes to leave. We left, and I have zero plans of ever giving this franchise the time of day

My friends and I love the variety of chicken salad we can purchase. They also have some pretty amazing sides. I always have a difficult time deciding between the fresh fruit and the pasta salad. Also as a treat you get one of their delicious cookies when you order a meal.
My wife and I love this spot the food speaks for itself but the service is amazing. They forgot a scoop once on my wife’s order and when we returned they were very apologetic and the nice gentleman that meal preps in the back gave us double of what we were missing!
Very terse and angry manager when I went to Pick up order. The young lady handing me order was fine. But an older man and woman working were standing gossiping which turned to me as I left...it ok.

Extremely disappointed by this location. There was a lunch rush, which I know can be very stressful. That however doesn't give the workers the right to be RUDE to paying customers who have done nothing wrong. We were sitting at our table, chatting, when a worker walks by and says "I'm not gonna say it again. Order number 21. I'm about to take this back to the line" like MAYBE speak up next time? Maybe be more patient when it comes to those listening for the food bc the resturant was loud? The lady had a HORRIBLE attitude and acted like everything wrong going on was the customers fault. Had she talked to MY mother that way, there wouldve been a serious problem so I'm glad it wasn't our order. But this location really needs to check all their employees because every single one besides the manager had a nasty attitude and an impatient manner in the way they spoke. You work at a CHICKEN SALAD PLACE. There are tons of older people there who can't hear as well. For you to get mad that you had to spend a little extra time DOING YOUR JOB is pathetic. My grandmother with dementia was with us in her wheelchair and we obviously also had a baby and a service dog with us. Some patience would've been nice.

It's always a pleasure ordering food from here!! Staff is professional and extra kind and friendly. Immaculately clean, excellent atmosphere. If you loved Ukrops chicken salad, you are in for a treat, chicken salad chick is better!!
