While in the Glen Allen area we stopped in for a quick bite before a meeting. They were slightly busy, but not very busy. I used to not prefer causal chain restaurants, but a couple of years ago I tried a local Chili’s and really liked it and found they were making positive changes, so I’ve visited more and they were all great. This one reminded me of why I stopped coming. The service was friendly, but the food quality resembled something that was rushed to be made, though the entrées took too long to come out. The chicken crispers I got were far from crispy or resembling being hand battered, they seemed like they were frozen and heated up to serve. The sauces were nice that came with them, but they were far from being very good or what I hoped for when I ordered them. Would I return? Probably not to this location, but definitely to the other locations.

Triple Dipper is the truth, the Swiss mushroom burger is to die for and those chicken crisper don't get me started! Good place for the whole family or hell even by yourself you'll have a good time. Staff is awesome.

I went to chillis to have a good time with friends and was given a horrible experience. Our waitress was not nice to us and it felt like we were being rushed after being there for 2 minutes. The waitress took a very long time to bring us our drinks. We got an entree which was the cheese fries it tasted old and the cheese was burnt and not a good experience. When we got our actual meal the fries tasted Fresh but the mash potatoes tasted old and were horrible. When it got to paying she decided to take it into her own hands and grabbing the paying machine although we did not ask her to. When it got time to give a tip and to pick the experience rating she stared down our back and decided to take it from my friend while he was doing to rating to give herself a 5 star rating. Through out the meal she didn’t really talk to us or treated us nicely but weirdly enough when we were paying she wanted to be talkative and start being nice. The experience was horrible and I will not be going back to that location.

Okay to start our waitress was very bland the whole experience and treated my friend very badly (cutting her off ROLLING her eyes??) she was only kind to us when it was time to tip and pay also when we ordered our entree the (cheese fries) they were horrible they were greasy and oily and the cheese wasn’t melted also when i was trying to rate my experience she took the electronic bill and selected excellent for MY rating the mashed potatoes with my friends order were absolutely disgusting and had random bits orange coloring in them?? and weren’t even fully mashed my bill came out to 24 but my friend who order the same thing + the fries paid 47 dollars and im assuming the insane amount of money spent was because of those nasty fries. the whole experience was disgraceful and ill never be eating here AGAIN

Found MULTIPLE HAIRS, Plastic in food, and DISGUSTING silverware and plates. My cup had dirt in it and my plate smelled like pure dog. This place is always disappointing and gross. Fix ur restaurant bc it is sad to even call this place a restaurant when everything is dirty and gross.
