This is not a scathing report of all Chipotle locations, just this one. I love Chipotle and I was very disappointed in the service here. Well, the service itself wasn't bad as much as the store was very understaffed and underwhelmed. I understand a lunch rush, but this was ridiculous. The line was long as there was only one person doing in store service. Nobody was initially running the register so even when your food order was complete, you had to wait for someone to come ring you up. I could even hear the frustration in the voice of the service as he repeatedly called for someone to man the register.
My daughter and I ate in the spot and had to clear off our own table as there was no clean place to sit. In the time we were sitting there no one came to clean off the remaining tables so people had to clear them themselves to be seated.
There were no napkins available so I had to go to the restroom to get paper from there for us to clean our hands.
The food was what it was, no complaints there.

Do NOT order online from Chipotle unless you enjoy standing around questioning your life choices. I ordered ahead, showed up on time, and then watched them make every single walk-in order known to man while my food aged somewhere in the shadow realm. People walked in, ordered, paid, ate, and probably left Yelp reviews before my online order even got acknowledged.
The DMV has a faster, more organized system than Chipotle’s online ordering. Let that sink in. I’ve renewed licenses with less confusion and better communication.
Absolutely ridiculous. If you order online, bring a chair, a book, and maybe a snack — because your food will be made eventually, just not anytime soon. Walk-ins get priority, online orders get ignored, and common sense is nowhere to be found. Never again.

Doordashed a bowl and a burrito. Side of chips and salsa. They forgot the burrito and send sour cream instead of salsa. Their support team is a joke. As is their lacking to take accountability for their screw up.

Place order for pick at 5.44pm. When arrived was told they out of chicken and have to wait for 25-30 minutes. I mean how can they don’t know the chicken is out ? Smh

The food was trash, the chicken was burned and some guys was playing loud heavy metal music when my husband picked up food. We ended throwing the food away and had to go pick up other food for dinner and yes it was that bad. Money wasted on trashy food!

Food poisoning for two days. I don't know how Chipotle auditors have not fired the staff and this place remains in business. Has to be in violation of numerous health codes due to pests, sanitation and cross contamination.

i asked if they had more barbaco because the container had almost nothing and it looked very dry the girl looked on the online orders line and said yes we do have more but someone else came and said something to her ear and was like no thats all the barbacoa we have! and can not give you non from the online orders line. the place is not even clean.
Worst experience ever unprofessional staff and barbacoa was dry when ask for fresh barbacoa the girl said yea then some guy came to her ear and oilfield the sudden she says no

What a joke. Used the app to order and sat there 22 minutes! I could have went to the counter and orders 10times in that period. They were not even busy.
Staff clueless and unhelpful. I see why this location has such terrible reviews.
Oh, the app is zero help either. Tried to cancel the order so I could just walk up to the counter and I could not.
Think I’m done with this chain. Time to move on to Cava!

This is the only Chipotle I will eat at this one is located in Ashland Virginia the service and food is like it was 5 years ago everywhere at Chipotle I will not go to any other because the others Chipotle's are not good stick to the one in Ashland Virginia you will not be disappointed

This is, by far, consistently one of the worst locations since at least 2020. The portions are the smallest I’ve seen, the place is messy and unclean, and the service lack luster. Tonight they were out of rice (half of it was all over the serving area- staff member told me that was all they had —about a quarter cup), out of chipotle honey chicken, and some other item I heard someone ahead of me try to order. Where is a manager? I hate that I’d have to drive 15 minutes further to go to a better location, but it seems this location will never improve. It’s sad, but it hurts the brand for sure. I left with no food.
