I have been coming for over two years to this chipotle location and for the first time I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. I really have to give a huge shout out to Ramadan because he made all the difference today. Made me feel extremely special and just a phenomenal customer experience. I hope the managers really give this young man some sort of certificate of appreciation and gratitude. Ramadan, thank you so much for your wonderful spirit, dedication and kindness.

We have never had issues with this chipotle before today. My husband order mobile which we usually do and when he arrived to get our food he was greeted very rudely by one of the workers yelling at him for attempting to take his food. The burrito bowls we ordered were absolutely disgusting. I don't know what was wrong tonight but the food was gross, I spit some out and could not finish it. It tasted sour. The bowls were covered in sour cream, like a disgusting amount of sour cream....I am wondering if this was to cover up whatever was wrong with the food. I would really like a follow up from management at the location because our food was inedible and we lost our money.

This Chipotle is very poorly ran. They're always out of everything and you will watch the pick up order side running completely fine with all items and it being definitely preferred over the line for the dining in section has nothing. They don't warn you to tell you what they're out of, so you'll be forced to go through the mind to find that they have no veggies, no steak, no quac, and no sour cream. This place it was always closed most of the time up until recently for takeout orders only. So I guess unless you're doing a takeout order in your car, don't bother coming in here to order through the line

This is the worst chipotle is history. Last time I came an entire team was in front and coaches told them to come in they did not. So they allowed the ones who were there to cut in front. Tonight they are seemingly out of everything, this one just needs to be shut down. The manager needs to be fired because it’s trash.

I can’t recommend this location. Guacamole was obviously very old and gross and the fajita vegetables were raw. Also the burrito was tiny. Nothing like when I have ordered in person. Maybe some employees do not know what they are doing but I wouldn’t risk ordering online here again.
