Don’t come in here EVER if you want good customer service. Especially if you want vinaigrette because they are ALWAYS “out” of it. Employee rolled his eyes when I asked.
At this location the “manager” decided to have a rude attitude, and speak aggressively maybe that wasn’t the intention but self-control is something to be worked on. Also workers seemed all stressed. Try something more positive, I understand everyone has different problems but keep it off work environment. Hopefully they get a new manager👎
Fast service, I was sad that they were out of vingarette sauce though.
To go orders are very slow and not accurate on time. Large store. 15 minutes late
Seems like they care more about mobile orders than the customers standing in the store customers service sucked will not be returning.
The chip bags are almost always very empty, like a handful of chips per bag. My last visit I ordered chips and guacamole, since Chipotle has been around a side of corn salsa has been free when ordering chips and guac. This time my total was off from what I thought it would be, I asked the manager ( the shorter woman) after I finished, she informed me " you ordered a side of corn", it was $1.09 . That's a first for me at Chipotle, I usually visit once a week for the past 18 years. The chicken here also often tastes " off", almost a little fishy taste.

I've been a regular customer at this Chipotle, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing, particularly with one employee, the girl with a bonnet on her head. she always serves with a terrible attitude. There is no smile, no eye contact, and no friendly greeting whatsoever. I have experienced it multiple times.
Moreover, she consistently serves half the amount of food, and when I ask for sour cream on the side, she completely ignored my request. This level of service is unacceptable and has made me reconsider my frequent visits to this location. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.
If you want the smallest amount of food with the most toppings, this is your place! You get more sour cream, cheese, and salsa than meat and beans for ten dollars. I forgot they were guarding their millionaire CEOs pockets and went there. I won’t forget again.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Great food, great for lunch or dinner, great for family. They can take large groups or serve one individual.
Kid-friendliness: Yes and they will sing happy birthday.

They always mess up your order. If you order a burrito, you will get a burrito bowel. Also, they give the smallest portions of any chipotle in the area.

workers not welcoming at all. literally rolled their eyes at customers and then proceeded to just hangout on their phones as if we weren’t there. very unprofessional and they were very disrespectful. won’t come again.
The manager on duty this evening around 6:50 pm had to be physically restrained because I requested to receive my money back and a new order for my food that was not up to par. I have filed an assault charge, left a message for the District Manager and will take it legal if need be. My ten year old son had to witness someone about to attack his mother over a burrito which is beyond crazy to me.

Atleast half the time this restaurant runs out of something or the other. Today at 7.20pm it was out of sour cream and hot salsa. What’s the point of keeping this store open when they can never manage their inventory?
