Great service, amazing food! I love the outdoor seating area.

They have reduced the portion size by almost half. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl for pickup. The bowl was literally half filled with barely any chicken in it. These guys are charging hidden tariffs by reducing the ingredients and thus saving on their bottom line in order to maximize their profit.

So I’m a chipotle lover and I work near this chipotle so it’s very convenient. I swear every time I eat here I get sick. Like puking or super nauseous for days. This has happened at like 4 times now ts is ridiculous! Also not to mention the chicken is very weird here and doesn’t taste normal.

I was really looking forward to Chipotle’s Cinco de Mayo offer—free chips and queso with an online or app order—but the experience turned out to be frustrating and disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, the app failed repeatedly when we tried to place our order. After wasting time trying to troubleshoot, we finally went into the store to ask for help.

Unfortunately, the manager was unable (or unwilling) to resolve the issue. She insisted that the deal could only be applied through the app, even after we showed her the problems we encountered. Most frustrating of all, one of her responses was that she was tired—which, while understandable on a busy day, didn’t do anything to help or make the situation right.

If the promotion is app-exclusive, then the app needs to work. And if customers make the effort to come in and explain the issue, store managers should have the authority—or at least the willingness—to offer a solution. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and not because of the food.

This is the only thing I ate yesterday and I’ve been nauseous and puking since then. I’ve never been to this location until yesterday and don’t ever plan on coming back, I’m pretty sure the chicken was undercooked. Good service just poor quality of food.

They wrapped the burrito so poorly, i went to unwrap them and they all fell out of the shell. This is not the first time this has happened, the customer service is not top tier, the employees can be rude and sometimes like they don’t care

the staff has an attitude and rude demeanor.

1-Star Yelp Review – “Chipot-NO”

Walked into this Chipotle with high hopes and an empty stomach. Left with crushed dreams and what felt like a tortilla-wrapped identity crisis.

Let me break it down for you:
• No white rice.
• No brown rice.
• No corn.
• No guacamole (the only green thing they had was probably envy of better Chipotles).
• And absolutely no taste – this bowl had the emotional depth of a soggy napkin.

The lettuce looked like it escaped from a sad salad bar. The cheese? Cold and confused. The sour cream? Might as well have been melted ice cream. I bit into my burrito bowl and tasted… regret.

It was like they took the concept of “flavor” and filed a restraining order against it.

This location is the culinary equivalent of “left on read.” If you’re looking for disappointment seasoned with sorrow, congratulations—you’ve found your spot.

0/10, would rather eat a crayon.

As I walked in the lady goes “why can’t I ever just have a minute,” never acknowledged me. Never saw a smile or look at me. She cut my food wrong, and got sour cream over my other sides. She created a tense atmosphere I still tipped because the person that came in was a delight.

This location is going from bad to worse every time I visit. It’s the 4th or 5th time in my experience that they are out of an item or two for the bowl order. Sometimes it’s Guacamole, sometimes it’s fajitas or sometimes it’s black beans. They are always out of items but charge fully. I think they have made it a regular business practice not to have all the items to save cost. Their staff is not always friendly. I’m not able to give zero star because Google review has minimum of one. Else they would get big zero from me.

I really had a very bad experience with the serving people. The person was very rude and was shouting at the customers. The manager should educate the staff on many things like keeping calm and welcoming the customers in a polite way. We entered into the restaurant at around 7:50PM. There were already short of Black Beans. it is supposed to close at 10PM and not sure how can they manage all the other customer later. This is not the first time but many other times, they were short of many items on the menu(which are free and need to served as part of Bowl menu) and they never improved in this. The person who served today, was really shouting at the customers and never had such experience in my life. The staff should control their emotions if their work load is high but should not their anger the customers.
The manager should be responsible for this kind of rude acts and should check their employees selection criteria. Chipotle don't give any food for free and the customers pay full amount as per the menu. I will never ever go to this restaurant and will not suggest to any of my contacts to visit this place in the future.

Disappointing Decline in Quality

After being a long-time fan of Chipotle, my recent experiences with their steak and chicken bowl have left much to be desired. Over the past three months, I’ve given this particular location three chances, hoping for improvement, but each visit has only added to my frustration. I’m someone who typically enjoys every bite of a Chipotle bowl, usually savoring it down to the last grain of rice. Yet, this recent bowl, like the previous two, was so unbearably salty that finishing it felt impossible. As someone who’s loyal to flavors and quality, this was a serious letdown.

On my most recent visit, I ordered my usual steak and chicken combination, expecting the tender, well-seasoned protein and fresh ingredients I’m accustomed to. However, what I received was a dish so oversalted that it masked the taste of everything else. The steak, which I’ve always enjoyed for its robust flavor and tender texture, felt overly seasoned and tough in comparison to past experiences. The chicken didn’t fare much better, and it’s as if the seasoning hadn’t been measured at all. Each bite seemed to leave a stronger, saltier aftertaste, overpowering the freshness of the rice, lettuce, and other toppings.

I typically appreciate the customization Chipotle offers, so I tried balancing the saltiness with extra lettuce and vegetables to mellow it out. Unfortunately, even this adjustment couldn’t make the bowl more palatable. The seasoning overwhelmed every ingredient, to the point that I found myself picking around the protein to avoid the overly salted bites. This isn’t what I expect from a quick and healthy meal option; it was genuinely disappointing to not be able to enjoy the bowl as intended.

My dissatisfaction isn’t solely about taste. There’s a level of consistency I’ve come to expect from Chipotle, especially as a fast-casual option that I rely on for both quality and convenience. Three strikes at this location, with the same overwhelming saltiness, suggests a lack of attention to the standard recipes or quality checks. It’s disheartening, considering I used to look forward to these bowls, knowing I’d leave feeling satisfied. I’m not one to waste food, but for the past few visits, finishing even half the bowl has been a struggle.

After these repeated experiences, I can’t see myself returning to this particular Chipotle location. While I understand that seasoning levels can vary, this seems like a persistent issue here. For anyone considering this location, I’d recommend checking reviews or opting for another option nearby. For me, Chipotle was once a go-to spot, but this experience has unfortunately shifted my perspective.

The best Chipotle. Friendly staff, quick service,

Only negative is I lovvve fajitas, but sometimes they are wayyyyy too salty, almost as if someone accidentally poured the entire salt container in. Happened twice to me. I didn’t complain just didn’t eat them.

I have noticed improvement in portion sizes, freshness, and staff. A key ingredient to a good chipotle.
