One of the worst place for chipotle. They always make worst of chipotle if ordered online. I am not able to understand how can anyone messed up if things are all prepared in the containers and all the selection already there on the receipt, they just need to read and put the stuffs in the bowl. I believe they deliberately make it wrong.

Ran out of product 2 hrs before close, horrendous customer service of not properly communicating if more product will be made, cross contaminating ingredients and it’s spilling into other ingredients, pouring straight corn water on to my bowl, and playing a Bluetooth speaker like a night club so you can’t hear anything. I wish I could rate negatively but Google did the decency for them to give one star. Wouldn’t ever recommend or visit this location ever. Chipotle QC needs to get a hold of this location. Worst by far visit. Avoid at all costs.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Chipotle location has consistently delivered an experience far below the standard of the brand.

The portions here are extremely small, to the point where a regular bowl looks like a half-serving. When I politely asked about it, the staff were unnecessarily rude and insisted that the tiny portion was “what they usually give.” They even attempted to charge extra for what should have been a normal serving.

It’s disappointing, especially because this location already has poor reviews on Google, and unfortunately my experience confirms those concerns. Chipotle’s corporate team should be aware that the management at this branch is hurting the brand and driving customers away.

Until something changes, I strongly recommend that people avoid this location and visit another Chipotle in the area instead.

One of the WORST Chipotle location you can ever imagine, I was a long term chipotle fan, but some reason past few online orders are going to this location, and portions are very low and quality is too low. If chipotle won't address this location issue, i will not be ordering from them anymore.

No labels, small portions and not all included as per order.

This location is not good. The protein was dry and rice was undercooked. Portions left something to be desired. But the worst is that the dining area wasnt clean and when i went to get a fork the container that it was in had standing water at the bottom. No thanks! I'll skip this location in the future. This chain has really gone downhill.

I have been a regular customer for years, but the quality of service has noticeably declined since Bailey left. Alex does a great job, but some of the newer staff are questionable, and the level of customer service has dropped significantly.

When I was there today, I asked for extra cheese. I even said I was fine with being charged more—no problem at all. Instead of simply accommodating the request, a staff member named “N” told me, “We use the three-finger pinch method. This is what Alex told me to do.” Seriously? I again said they could charge me more, but “N” decided it was appropriate to talk back to me as a customer. I asked for Alex, but unfortunately, she wasn’t there.

If a customer requests more of a topping, just provide it and add a surcharge if necessary. Don’t make it difficult. Please fill your store with staff who understand good customer service and don’t “finger pinch” when customers are willing to pay for what they want. Very disappointed.
