Slightly disappointed, nothing was wrong with the salad. Despite having four toppings for free, my salad was comprised seemingly of just leaves, I didnt taste any of the toppings and the croutons were weird.

I love CHOPT!! Highly recommend for their amazing quality ingredients, kind staff, cool restaurant decor & overall great taste. This is my go-to for an awesome salad. They have their own creations & you can also easily create your own! They have other options like warm bowls, wraps, Jr. meals, soups, drinks, snacks & you can even get their delicious dressings to-go! You also get 2 dressing options for no additional charge. You can get it mixed in light, regular or heavy or on the side. Go now or order ahead on their super easy app!!

I had a disappointing experience at Chopt recently. I came in to order a takeout salad, and everything was going fine until an employee named Evelyn—who wasn’t even my server—came up to the cashier and questioned why I was leaving a small tip. I was shocked by her nerve to ask that when she hadn’t even helped me with my order. It felt completely inappropriate and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’m really surprised Chopt would employ someone who treats customers this way. I hope they take action to prevent this from happening to others.

I was so excited when I saw the Chopt restaurant after shopping at Dillard's. I was disappointed once I got home and saw that my sweet apple orchard salad was missing the dried cranberries and goat cheese. After driving 1 1/2 hours and two ingredients that really make the salad were missing. It was disappointing 😞

Seems like this place is relatively new - very bright with well lit interiors, floor to ceiling windows all around and clean! There are informational displays about what they offer, sourcing of their ingredients. Their signature bowls are great selection of fresh cold or warm bowls. I ordered the miso ginger bowl which has fresh ingredients of brown grain rice, diced sweet potatoes, kale pieces, shallots, radish topped with fried onions (not French canned!) and miso sauce. You can have a slice of their sourdough bread which was freshly baked, soft. Service was quick and efficient and friendly. Overall highly recommended for healthy quick lunch. They also offer wraps.

I recently tried the salad, and it was fantastic! The flavors were well-balanced, making it both tasty and refreshing. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, adding a delightful texture to each bite. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious and fresh salads! So many options to choose from! The house made dressings are fantastic.
My only complaint is that the make line was a mess and honestly completely unorganized. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have a serious food allergy or restriction that can be caused by cross contamination of dairy, gluten, nuts or even pork. As my kale Ceasar salad was made, a piece of almond was picked out of my croutons.

Stopped by and was super excited to try this place! I got a bowl, they were out of chicken and cauliflower rice at the time. I wasn't too bothered, so I ordered with alternative ingredients... should be good anyway. Well I was wrong, this bowl tasted so odd. The balance of ingredients to grains...to kale was not balanced. It was quite frankly pretty awful. Nothing about it was appealing although it had ingredients that should have been. I literally took 1 bite and threw it away. Even my non-picky spouse hated it. I will not be back unfortunately.

I’ve been here ~15-20 times and about 25% of the time they are out of something or get my (mobile) order wrong. They have been out of avocado multiple times, and today at 12:40pm they had no chicken (so I just left). I only order one of their signature bowls, so it’s not like I’m getting anything complicated. The one time I placed a mobile order they put a ton of veggies in the bowl that I didn’t order and I didn’t realize until I got home. The portions are very inconsistent depending on who is serving you and they average on the small side. The only other Chopt I have been to was at Penn Station in NYC and the portions were huge in comparison. I have really wanted to like this restaurant (evidenced by the fact I keep going back) because I do enjoy the flavors when I get a good bowl with everything I like on it. It’s just been disappointing…

Ordered a salad with double chicken through door dash. At the most I received 0.5 ounces of chicken in my salad. Its a-shame you have to babysit these people when they prepare your meal so that you get what you pay for.
