Three associates at the restaurant didn't acknowledge us. No one asked to take our order. So we walked out. Our first sign should have been that there were no other customers. Very poor service!

I came in to Chopt a couple weeks ago the salad was great but I couldn’t help, but overhear the discussion Sophia was having relating to her significant other leaving a sex toy in her uterus and falling asleep with it and her partner waking her up with it. All of her coworkers looked bewildered and uncomfortable someone should look into this ASAP most unprofessional person I’ve ever met the rest of the staff was great

Edit went back as of October 29th DO NOT EAT HERE there is black mold in the water machines tray, there’s black bugs flying out of the bathroom drains, there’s just such rotten smell when you walk to that last bathroom seems like a sewage type of smell coming from the back. Save your money or better yet you can make the salad yourself with fresh ingredients for a fraction of the price. A kale ceasar Parmesan croutons and no protein to mention at Chopt is about 12 dollars while the same thing with the same ingredients can be found from just about any grocery store for less than 5 dollars

Austin literally changed my life. I was having a horrible day and stumbled into Chopt to just take a moment and breathe. I guess seeing me in my current state, Austin( who we later discovered shared the same name) came and sat down and asked how my day was. 15 minutes later we’re laughing and joking and i honestly forgot about all the drama that originally brought me in. Austin’s ability to sincerely CARE is something I hadn’t experienced nor expected from a salad place. Chopt on Cary street is more than just a salad place….its a place where you can find a salad…and for me…find yourself
