Chopt is so delicious! Gio is great! He was able to host our Residents Event at the Flats at West Broad Village - he was very professional, fun to be around and super friendly! This place is very beautiful, we came here for lunch as we were on our way to do some shopping in the area. We found parking ?️ very easy. The place is large and has several tables available. We waited in line to be served and I got a custom ? salad.It was delicious! The girl who helped me was very patient with me and recommended a very good ranch!Of the 4 drinks ? they have, I liked the sweet tea the most, my favorite!

Very fresh salad with great tasting chicken for protein. While a little pricey, I think the size of the salad and the quality of the vegetables and chicken made it worth it. Will definitely be back. The employee was nice and quick!

For the first timer, it's a little overwhelming. Lots of options. My salad tech, was not very helpful when asked about items. However, my choice was very good. ( Chinese Chicken with Ginger dressing) You can order ahead for pickup.
Wasn’t worth the price unfortunately. Paying $15 for Caesar salad is absurd to begin with on top not having enough of the toppings I paid for. I think I saw 2 pieces of grilled chicken in the entire salad, no bacon as requested (and paid for), no parmasean cheese, and a tiny cup of dressing for a heaping bowl of rabbit food. My question is if you wouldn’t make your own food like that why is it acceptable to present it to me as such? For some reason my experience made me upset but the best way to mediate this is to never return and make my food at home.

i really like their salads! i usually get the caesar with kale, and it’s super yummy. the chicken is very dry, though. warning: my friend found a bug on the egg white!!! i’m giving 3 stars because of the price and the unsanitary conditions . it’s very expensive but the servings are big, enough for a meal and a half.

I usually love Chopt, but today was not a good look. I usually go to the Willow Lawn location, but I was in short pump today so I tried this spot. The service was lukewarm (maybe that was my first red flag), & The toppings were scarce. When I got my salad and finally had a chance to eat it, it seemed like the romaine and kale wasn’t as fresh (the greens seemed limp). I thought maybe there was too much dressing. However, about 2 hours later, I was nonstop to the bathroom (& have been for the last 7 hours). The lettuce or something in the salad was definitely not right. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
