I don't understand why there isn't a 6th star for me to give them! Probably my all time favorite restaurant, but there's not one near me. We drove an hour and a half to go for my birthday and it was worth it as always. I got the classic Steak Burrito with hatch chilies. It reminds me of hatch chili season with them roasting in the oven air in Austin. My wife got the Chuy-changa that's her fact. Tyy was awesome, really pushing the experience over the top with her friendlyness and just cheerful demeanor. The whole experience was top notch, just be careful not to over eat!

Our experience at Chuy’s started off rough due to the front door staff being rude and unwelcoming—we weren’t greeted or acknowledged when we walked in, which was disappointing. However, everything completely changed once we were seated and met our server, Kiera. Kiera was absolutely incredible and truly saved our entire visit. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. She was quick without ever making us feel rushed, checked on us consistently, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. When it came time to pack up our meals, she went above and beyond by bringing everything we needed without us even having to ask. Her positive attitude, helpfulness, and professionalism stood out so much. Kiera is the kind of server who makes you want to come back. She deserves major recognition for her outstanding service, and she was hands down the highlight of our visit.

The people on the restaurant stole my money !!! They charged me twice in my credit card I call the restaurant to fix the issue but they refused to do it and I ended paying double for my tab I won't ever ever go to any of those restaurants they are a thieves

Clara..... host with no host capabilities... we only seat where the next server is... not per customer request.... well... we will go sit somewhere else. Wonder why your parking lot and restraunts empty... perhaps this is why.. really only wanted to sit in a booth where there was literally 25 or more open. You said I have to sit you where the next server is wont let me skip them.....

I've been in several chuy's locations in TX and CO before and was visiting Richmond so I stopped here for lunch. I got seated quickly and it was such a cool, clean and well maintained place. Chips and salsa were great. Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere and decor were amazing, but really what made it five stars was the wonderful server who was such a ball of light and happy energy. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a friend with food allergies. Staff went above and beyond to ensure the food was safe. Always good food here.
Service was so slow. I have no idea what the chimichanga were rolled with, it was thick and way to much dough, the chicken was non existent. The bean burrito for my grandbaby was rolled in the same thick dough and it must have been rolled cold as the dough broke. Per my waitress mine and my grandbaby's food was done by her as the kitchen had made it wrong. The enchiladas and fajitas looked good

I've never had bad food from here, but I am very disappointed in the take out order today. We ordered 2 of the tortilla soups and both containers were only 3/4 full. Its already pricey for soup, but to not even get a full container.....that's just stingy.
