The bartender, I believe Melissa, was super sweet and nice to chat with while I was dining alone during a work trip. The food and drinks were delicious. I crave the creamy jalapeño dip. It was nice to walk to dinner from the nearby hotel.

I often went to Chuy’s in one of the original locations in Austin,TX. I was SO happy to discover there were Chuy’s locations in Virginia. I love their TexMex dishes and the decor. I’ve gone with friends many times and everyone finds things they love. My son favors the Steak Burrito. My friend loves the Elvis plate. I love their Mexi-cob Salad, their chicken broth Tortilla soup with lfresh tortillas, their fajitas and of course their chips, queso, salsa and creamy jalapena dressing/dip. Great place for large or small groups. We ate there and took take out back home.

We go pretty regularly. Service is hit and miss. We honestly go for the jalapeño dip and chips. Food isn’t bad, but isn’t spectacular.

Had such a blast, and the staff was fantastic and so helpful. They moved what I anticipated to be a potentially nerve-racking situation into an absolutely marvelous one.
A group of my friends, and I decided to throw a surprise party for our retiring boss. I was expecting everything to go wrong. I was fully anticipating that the place would be slammed, that they wouldn’t be any tables, and the entire surprise would be spoiled. Boy was I wrong:-D
The staff went to great lengths to help make sure that everything went according to plan, and that everyone had a blast. Reagan, the hostess (with the mostess!) made sure that we had a great table within a fantastic timeframe. I was fully expecting to wait like 30 minutes (and I would have been understanding!), but she really pulled through for the entire party. We barely waited at all.
Jennifer was our waitress for the entire like 3 hours, and she was so kind and hard working for us. I worry that we kept her past her allotted shift time, but she never showed any annoyance if so at all :-) she was super attentive and so willing to work with us considering the staggered timing. She was a total sweetheart.
Food was amazing!! I’ve been to a Chuys before, and thought the food was fine, but on Saturday it was fantastic. :-D

This experience was so awesome the atmosphere was great the food was great the people were great I will definitely go back I had nachos my friend had a nacho type of plate we had chips salsa sour cream guacamole they had a white sauce that was unbelievable I don't know what it was but it was the best white sauce I've ever had

It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Great place to go with children. Can’t wait to come back.
