Chuy's has a fun, colorful atmosphere- with lots of decorations and hubcaps on the ceiling! Their margaritas were nice and tart (interesting choice of cup though). My favorite would have to be the loaded Nachos with added guacamole. So filling!! I also ordered the Tex Mex meal. It was alright. The portion was great, maybe just missing some spice in the sauce. There was also some ground beef on top of the enchilada. I wish they would have mentioned this on the menu since I was going meatless that day. It was only a small amount, but now I know for future. Still ate it all!

Delicious white sauce and thin fresh chips all you can eat no charge! Great family outing spot. Decent portions and quality of food. We often ask for extra tomato and lettuce for things like the burrito orders and get that free of charge. Very fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Super fun atmosphere, great food, and even better staff. A go-to location for dates and a good time! Bonus: if you bring in a framed picture of your dog, you get a free appetizer!!

Absolutely phenomenal food! Delicious! Such a great atmosphere, great for my kids (including my 3 year old daughter!)! Best tres leches in town! Really good Mexican food at affordable prices. Their kid's meal come with a drink and dessert, a huge hit with my kids. Their decoration is really unique, which makes for a fun ambiance, but service was so-so when we went. I came to Chuy's of Glenn Allen while on my last night of vacation, around 9. Me and my young son wanted a half an order of Pancho's. The takeout woman was nice in taking our order, and I was so happy that she seemed to get the order right, but all of that changed when I got home and saw what I got. First off all, we order two half orders, which she said was a half an order, but the charge was for two full orders. Secondly, the panchose were not put together like traditional Mexican restaurants do. We had to put everything together ourselves. I asked for guacamole and pico on the side, not everything on the side. Then, we both asked for rice but only one rice contatainer was supplied. The food was mediocre and the presentation was not what I expected. I got better at Chipotle or Moe's. One great thing is their guacamole was the freshest I have however had. Please people, next time even if it is takeout, do better on making the order as the customer asks. Side note, the other workers were not friendly. There was a worker walking around. I was going to ask him a question but he ignored me like he was deaf.

I’ve ordered takeaway a few times since moving here and it’s always been great. I mainly want to call out their tres leches cake which has pretty much instantly become my favourite dessert/craving… and I don’t even normally go for dairy or like caramel, it’s just literally that good.
