Great employees and service, Ice cream is great! The bathrooms, on the other hand, are some of the worst I’ve ever seen from this chain. The toilet was disgusting, and the sink was near impossible to use.

the ice cream and employees were amazing. they were so kind, and the ice cream was so yummy. zola and ryan made my sister and i sundaes with special requests with no hesitation, even though it was not on their menu. thank you cold stone on brook road ❤️

Very disappointed, I ordered two ice creams, one small for my daughter and one medium for me and they only gave us a little bit each. I asked the girl who prepared it and she told me it was enough. She didn't even put in half a cup and charged us 13 dollars.

The 3 young ladies were awesome, they are swift with getting all orders done. Having every leave with a smile. I got my favorite, strawberry & banana smoothie and Oreo overloaded ice

Ice cream is fine. Bakery is horrendous. Got a peanut butter cup and 2 cake pops. They tasted like cardboard. Threw them in the trash after one bite. Very clearly had been sitting out for more than a week, likely 2. Will not be going here again. Waste of money.

This place can’t seem to get online orders right. They forget mix ins that cost extra and give you a smaller size than ordered. Don’t bother calling them to speak to someone they don’t answer the phone. Waste of money, can’t believe I gave them so many chances

Probably one of the worst experiences ever with a Coldstone. Placed and order for three ice creams and a smoothie, online at around 8p. The order said it would be ready at 8:30. at 8:32 I went in to pick it up and asked for my order. The girl said it'll be five more minutes. they hadn't even started making it. I tried to call and and the guy that picked up the phone in the back "kitchen area" looked at the phone showed it to another girl and she said "im not taking that" so he answered said "hello, we are busy" and hung up. Now I am standing waiting and watching. The guy in the back starts kissing and snuggling the other girl in the back. My order is slowly being made. They make one and throw it on the counter and it starts to melt. same for the next three. I notice the "casanova" in the back put on a pair of orange gloves, touch a fridge, a cart and pick up trash from the ground touch a trash can. The person that was going to make my smoothie needed ice, goes in the back to ask for ice from casanova. he grabs the bin of ice and punches into the bin with the gloves he had just touched the floor and the trash can with... It's now 8:50p. As I look up I notice so much build up on the air vents and cobwebs, as the AC kicked on, the dust was falling right over where the ice cream was being prepared. Finally got my order at 9pm ...NO SPOONS.. I tried to call the next day to speak with a manager and was I told I couldn't. Unfortunately, this is a location I will not return to. Too many health violations and complete unprofessionalism.
