These two teenagers tonight were very polite! The smile these two youngsters put on my children was impeccable! Not only did I pay for the ice cream I also paid for the experience! Will be coming back! 10/10

I went there on a Wednesday as soon as they opened at 12 pm. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Ice cream drippings all over the counters, tables and floors. The bathrooms were absolutely horrible neither urine all over the floor. The young woman who helped us was very pleasant and the ice cream is always good as usual but seeing how dirty the front of house is I can only imagine the back.

God bless the two teenage girls who were working New Year’s Eve. This review is not against them at all. Multiple customers standing in line were not attended to due to the employees franticly attempting to fulfill door dash orders. If patrons take the effort and time to show up in person, they should receive priority over to go orders. This will add additional tips for the employees on site working the hardest they can. In person clientele shouldn’t take a backseat to lazy FFs using door dash.

I arrived 2 hours after my scheduled cake pickup time. The cake was not ready. The staff told me it would take 15 minutes. I waited 45 and the cake is the biggest mess I have ever seen. There are patches that aren’t even covered. I’m super disappointed in this order.

Emily helped us order an ice cream cake for my sister in laws 66th birthday. I gave her a photo of a Route 66 road sign and she put that on top of the cake. It was awesome! The party was a surprise and the final touch was this outstanding cake. Thank you Emily for your help and expertise. We'll definitely be back for more cake and of course ice cream bowls! I went to the store with my husband and granddaughter. I was turned off by the way the server was dressed with her extremely short top and stomach exposed 🤔. Who wants to be served ice cream with the Belly exposed! Nasty! Needless to say we left!🥲
However, I purchased a candied apple for my dear wife only for her to find the inside rotten. Had to throw it out.

I walked in and they were blasting terrible sounding rap music with multiple slurs and then the person at the front cussed me out after I order a milkshake 30 minutes to close. Then 7 hooligans jumped out of the back and proceeded to beat me with ice cream scoopers and called me a “canoe rowing redskin”
