This place is good for fast food, but they really struggle taking orders. It seems like they're always backed up in the drive thru and at the counter, which makes it seem much busier than it actually is.

Good food, for when you’re looking for fast, greasy, fried foods! Comfort foods! Try the hash browns, Omgosh so good. 3/5 ⭐️ only due to limited menu options for healthier choices, such as two people ordering and one wants more healthy? That would be great. Also, having a smaller milkshake size- a small and the regular. I love getting a milkshake but only need about half!

Went here for milkshakes tonight… exceptional staff and service! The tables were so clean, and there was a vase of flowers that made the whole dining area feel so cheerful!! I want to shout out an incredible employee that helped my friend and I out tonight… her name was Jennifer and she was AMAZING! She was so attentive and got us napkins, sauce, and anything else we needed even though she was busy cleaning, which she also did thoroughly. My friend and I had the best time thanks to her!!!!! Even if you don’t enjoy the food Cookout serves, I would recommend you go just to experience the incredible customer service provided by Jennifer. 10/10 experience and food thanks to her!!!!! :) :) :)
Just came to rave about the service. The woman working the counter made an often hectic process of ordering food for my four boys extremely easy and pleasant. The food is always great at cookout but the service is lacking at other locations. This woman immediately recognized me ordering for my son and began to ask him directly how he would like to personalize his burger and took over the whole ordering process. She went one by one to my sons, politely making sure they got exactly what they wanted. It was an extremely refreshing change to sit back and let someone else handle the process of making sure my boys got what they wanted. In an extremely busy fast food location where speed is key, this cashier to a moment to slow down for a second and make everything easier for me and my family. Thank you.
