The food was very underwhelming. I know it's a barcade so you don't really go for the food, but it was embarrassing.
Got the crispy business appetizer - simple chicken tenders and fried pickles. The chicken was clearly just frozen and heated - the breading/texture/shape was off-putting.
The arcade smelled like shit almost everywhere you walked. Also a very small arcade.
The arcade game selection was so watered down and lame. Not even a single ski ball machine to be played. Most of their games consist of enlarged versions of iPhone mobile games or simple ticket gamble games.
If you want an actual fun arcade to game with your buddies go anywhere else.

My family drove over an hour to dine in at Dave & Buster’s and enjoy the gaming area. The server we had was a nice gentleman, but the kitchen was a complete failure. I am in the food industry, and I would’ve never served a dog what was served to myself and my family, the celery was slimy brown and look like it came from the bottom of a refrigerator. The chicken was undercooked after being requested to have it cooked crispy there need to be some training and serve safe classes taught. It was very disappointing that I wasted my time thinking, we were going to enjoy food for my granddaughters eighth birthday if I could give a zero star I would server was the only great thing about that restaurant

This place has been my go to for Salmon since discovered in 2019. I haven’t written a review until now, until I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review not only for the salmon but also for Ananke, our server. She has been OUTSTANDING every visit. It’s been our 2nd, maybe 3rd, time with her as our server; always STELLAR service. I highly recommend the *Salmon*, the truffle fry appetizer, and Ananke as your server!! Many thanks to the cooks and Ananke!!

The person who works the reward counter was very friendly. The front desk was closed, so I couldn't use gift cards. Price for chips is a little much

Good games and staff. Food and drinks are good and reasonably priced. Not as large a game area as many D&B (Springfield,VA) but still a lot of fun!

The food was cold. The service was very horrible. The waitress threw my silverware at me. I will never return to this place again. I've been going there for years but my last experience was horrible. Management was called to the table but couldn't give a reason why food was cold and silverware was thrown at me. The waitress had attitude all night. This was the short pump location

Not very impressed at all!!! Games: there were about 4-5 that held the fun factor for a while, but the others were just money grabs with no entertainment value at all. Food: it was hit or miss? Some items came out hot and fresh, whereas others cold as if sitting out for to long? Staff: other than the bartenders, were inattentive and not hospitable. The general attitude appeared to be as if none of them cared if you were receiving good service or enjoying their business. Even trying to pay the bill was an ordeal. And lastly, IDK if they were short staffed, but the place was very dirty? Tables hadn’t been cleaned off and trash was everywhere. My recommendation is if you are looking to have a little fun or to unwind do not come here!

I booked a table for 10 and now people showed up than expected so we were trying to help the server who didn't even get half of our orders. When the server disappeared and the manager showed up the manager yelled at us and didn't even try to listen to us. The food was awful and not worth the money anyone ordered
