Dave & Buster's Glen Allen - Richmond

I am rating this solely on the perspective of a kids birthday party. My kid said it was the best one she has done. The manager that helped us and the server were both great. I haven’t enjoyed the food in the past so I was very surprised and pleased in the quality and quantity that was provided. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the room was a great setup. Manager prior was responsive to all my questions. Would absolutely do this again.

Worst waitress I’ve ever encountered. She treated my entire party terribly. The food was excellent and the bartender was amazing

Cashier was very rude upon entry, I came in with two other guest who are mentally challenged and she spoke with an attitude the entire time attempting to helping me with my gift cards. After being done she snatched the receipt from me. Now if I were to retaliate and call her out on it it’d be an issue bigger than what it is so I hope the management team can do something about her lackluster performance.

The food was horrible. They didn't have Michelob Ultra. The employees were dull and unhelpful.

• Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helped us with allergy issues, even offering to replace an item when we made the mistake of forgetting to ask for no cheese on something.
• Although this is the smallest D&B we’ve been to, they managed to cram as much into the space as possible.
• There were hardly any games out of order.
• I HIGHLY recommend the Summer Pass! Although it’s near the end, keep it in mind for next year.

The two ladies at the front desk were so informative, kind, caring, and explained a lot of things to me because I have never been there before so thank you my waitress was extremely kind and caring and make sure that we were well taken care of

Paid sixty dollars for a bunch of credits for me and a couple friends. Never have I felt so jipped from my money ever before. This place is SMALL. Much smaller than I’d imagine. Half of the games I played were either cash grabs, or just straight up took your credits and stopped working. The other games are just boring, play for two minutes and move on, slop games. Got nothing to say for the food or drinks cause I didn’t buy any, and the staff seemed nice, but was definitely obvious they rather work anywhere else. Will not be coming back and regret spending so much money in the first place.

We sat at least 10 minutes and a server never acknowledged us so I got up and asked for a manager. My drinks from the bar were terrible. My son ordered a mango lemonade. It tasted like water and mango syrup. Next time my son wants to go to DB's we'll dine somewhere else prior to going there.

It was my first time here and I communicated that to the front desk attendant. I told him we would be dining in and then partake of the games, and I asked him to explain what my best options were. He didn't explain anything and just sold me game passes. Once we were seated, I saw on the menu that there were various meal and gaming packages that would have been a much better deal for us. So, I ended up paying more as a result of not being informed. Food was fine and kids had fun but did not appreciate how a first timer was treated. So, in short was not impressed given how much money we spent. Server was attentive issue was with the front desk.

Our family loves this place. We had so much fun
