Went on a Monday night and service was terrible. With two bartenders behind the bar and it being extremely slow, I’m not sure why it took me ten minutes to get greeted and that’s only because I had to try and get their attention. Jamie gave terrible service and didn’t have a pleasant personality whatsoever. Only giving two stars because Lauren later came in and made my experience better. Definitely a great place for the games and food, but wouldn’t recommend sitting at the bar.

I gave them a chance, thought maybe was a mistake but no, these guys are actually putting the vanilla ice cream in the same container as my cake. Melted and soggy. And I do not even eat vanilla ice-cream. Oh yeah, if you order through door dash I guess it's on you...as per manager.

I went Monday evening (3/25/24). I had a great time playing the games. The front desk employee and the employee working the gift shop were super nice and helpful. Could not say the same about the employees working food service aka the bar. The vibes were completely ruined once I decided to sit at the high tops and order food. Keep in mind this is Monday evening, a very slow time, not busy at all. In my opinion it took longer than it needed to receive my lemonade. I thought eh it happens. Once we get our food the bartender/server never once came back to ask how our food was or to check on us. At this point I am already finished with my food considering I only ordered a lemonade and a sharable. At first I thought to give her grace she was the only server/bartender. About 15 minutes pass, another employee starts their shift. I am still waiting for someone to come check on me so I can close out. I am thinking okay maybe they are busy with shift change? Nope. Not the case at all. I had to ask over the bar to close out. When I did the employee said nothing and walked away to print my check from the computer. I found this insanely rude considering she was just starting her shift and this is how she interacts with current costumers at the bar. Then another employee starts her shift. She came by and was very nice and said did we need anything. I thought great we finally can get some good service. I told her no thank you we are just waiting on the check from the other employee. I was wrong again. Still had no attentive service. When I finally had my bill it took around 20 minutes for any of the bartenders to come back to even collect my card to pay. Again it is super slow. There were only 4 other people total sitting at the bar tops (where I sat) and two small party's sitting at the tables. And like I said there were now 3 employees working food service handling only 4 small parties. Finally my server comes back with my card and receipt. She says “hope you have a great night” as if nothing was wrong. That was the first thing she said to me since I first spoken to her…. I am just completely shocked this was how my experience was. And yet not one time was I ever rude. Extremely disappointed and upset.

By far the best service and food I have ever had! They handled a massive party of us like pros. You can tell the staff were very happy and work for really good managers! They were speedy, super attentive, and very helpful! I would come back and recommend this place to a friend.

Me and my family went here last night, the service was good and of course the atmosphere is always a plus, but the food was horrible! It had so much salt in it it's like they poured a whole gallon of salt in all the food. Me and my family got so sick after leaving there and still this morning not feeling well. We really should be compensated for it honestly because you could not even eat it! My brother literally had to send his fries back twice and ended up taking my husband to the ER after we left because all the salt irritated his gums and teeth so bad, that is how heavy the salt is. I hope you read this review Dave and Busters and take away the salt from the food because this was so bad. I gave it the 2 stars because you cannot deny the atmosphere and our waitress was a sweet heart.

This place sucks! They literally made me wait 30 minutes for a table and then told me I could sir at the high tops not even knowing if a server would be attending to those tabels. I asked them 2 more times as I waited over 45 Mintues for food. They were not sure at all so I had to leave and get olive garden! The place was chaotic barely any room to enter or leave! Super unorganized! Be careful coming to this place, know the risks.

If i could give a zero i would! By far the worst experience I've ever had and will never go back. I had a night away from my kids, I drove 2 hrs to this place it was me and 2 other people. When we were sat the waiter had came by and had rushed us through ordering even after we asked him for time to look at the menu. The appetizers came out we didn't have any silverware I had to stop a manager to ask for it. When the food portions came out everyone else's food came but mine (which was a salad). By the time they finished their food I was finally able to stop a manager and ask where my food was. She went to the back and never came back after that. After the waiter saw we stopped her. He had finally came back asked what the problem was. I told him my food never came. He went to the back and got my salad. He then asked what else can I do for you. I told him we all have been with out drinks for a really long time so drinks would be nice. He got a attitude walked off and brought the drinks. When he put the drinks down aggressively. We had asked for the check and togo boxes and we told him how it was to be split and he did that wrong but wouldn't let us look over it so he can fix the issue. We obviously didn't leave a tip also didn't complain nor did we ask for anything off. We just tryed to enjoy our night , we were going to try to save the night after the bad service and play games. When be brought the receipt back he threw it to us and I asked about the boxes and he slammed it on the table and walked off. We stopped a manager amd she came by the table he had walked by and said "oh really" and slammed the doors open to the kitchen and told them what had happened and they only said of ill give you a free play card. I had told her no because I would never step foot in this place again. This behavior is beyond not ok. If your looking for a good night out don't go here, You will get treated badly!
