The best dominos I’ve been too. The ones complaining about the wait are the ones that want to skip the line. When it’s busy, there’s a wait, shocking right?! Don’t expect to come to short pump, a busy city, and expect to get your order in 15 minutes, that’s entitlement. Harassing the workers won’t make your pizza cook faster, neither will leaving a review about management when it has nothing to do with management lmao. Want a fast pizza? Go to a grocery store.

Something really needs to be done about this. This is the only dominos in short pump but plan to wait 2hr plus for a medium pizza. Poor management.

Shout out to all the hard working employees that worked V-Day night! Our pizza was Hot and made just RIGHT! This place was busy busy busy but the guys in the back tackled to get all orders done quickly and everyone out! I will def come back when i am traveling this way!

Hey guys to the driver you have driving the grey Subaru and working on Nov 16th. He is going to kill someone with your sign a top of his car. I saw him cut off at least 3 cars not to mention speeding like crazy.

The estimated wait time in the app is way off! Don’t tell people it will be 9-14 minutes when it really is going to take 30-40 minutes! People rush to get to your store only to find out they have to wait with the masses of others who were also misled when they placed their orders!

I've never had a problem and they are all always cool and on time and my food has always been on point, delivery when I get it has also always been on time, and curbside pick-up, I will forget to check in yet they still bring out when they see me pull up. My only complaint is sometimes they may not have enough people and it gets real busy, but even then my food and service are still on point. As a matter of fact, because of that they all should get a raise. 10 thumbs up from my household !!!

This is my 4th time ordering different types of pizza from this Domino's. Each time I was very disappointed. The pizzas were overbaked which made crusts inedible, toppings dried out, and cheap quality, greasy cheese. This time the grease really caused gastric gyrations.. I even changed the kinds if toppings & amount (light instead of normal). There are a few store- bought pizzas that I definitely prefer. On the positive side, the cinnamon twists were warm & soft. Service is prompt.
