I have lived near this place for 8 years and never went in but finally I did and I am disappointed I waited that long. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was fantastic.

We really enjoy watching sunsets from the patio and listening to Rick Howell's serenading us!!! The food has been delicious and reasonably priced as well!!!!!

Went for Tuesday burger night. The young guys that run the place and are wait staff were EXCELLENT and efficient. Everytime they walked by our table, they asked if we needed anything or was everything ok? Unless the diner wanted a condiment change, the standard Burger Special was a tall stack with iceberg lettuce, fresh white onion & tomato slices, slices of dill pickles, a hand-formed burger & a fresh shiny bun!! At 7p, the country music got louder as the laughter from the locals did, too! They have live music a couple times per week, Keno, sports on TVs, a full bar. The new side porch is large and close to being finished, supplied with heaters and plastic walls, if needed. It's a wonderful neighborhood "dive" that has been around since 1961! May the force continue to be with them!!
