I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location on Friday morning around 7:20 AM. The employee was more focused on flirting with someone instead of taking orders. I waited patiently, but they never even took my order, which almost made me late for work. This is unacceptable—customer service should always be the priority, but it clearly wasn’t here. Extremely disappointed.

I went in for a pick-me-up treat this morning before finding out if I need surgery. The guy did not respond to my hello and muttered so quietly to ask an order related question and then looked annoyed when I needed him to repeat it. Then he hands me the bag with a "there you go" no thank you/ have a nice day, nothing. You may not love your job but treating someone like a human rather than a roach that crawled in goes a long way. You never know what someone might be dealing with.

The I have come to this location the food it always old tasting hash browns aren’t crispy AT ALL. Everything tastes like they just threw it in the microwave. Only get coffee at this location NOT food.

Went to dunkin I went in no one was at the counter, I waited I could hear people talking … after a few moments I realized it was a girl on a phone on speakerphone having an entire conversation about drama. I poked my head around the counter trying to get her attention a few times but no luck her back was towards me I said “hello” a few times but I don’t think she could hear me over the speakerphone it was quite loud I herd the conversation very clearly. after 10 mins I left … she never looked towards the front counter. Maybe they need a bell or sensor on the door.

I ordered through the app and accidentally placed my order at the 900 West Broad location. I didn't realize until at the counter here! They were so understanding and made my order immediately anyway! I only waited about 3 minutes for my own silly mistake! PLUS they gave me extra munchkins. ? Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.
Today I just ordered a iced latte and ask to no ice at it. And believe you or not they gave me the medium with the latte in the middle. Hahaha when I ask why they told me that that’s the amount. And if I want to have the cup full I suppose to put ice on it. I questioned the manager he told it was right. I was paying for the ice ….. it’s the craziest thing I ever listened…..

Possibly the shadiest Dunkin I have ever seen. It's wild how the drive thru is set up, looks straight out of a crack den, love seeing random people smoking cigarettes staring at you behind a dumpster as you order coffee. Whoever makes cold foam drinks doesn't know you're supposed to actually put cold foam in the drink. People in the drive thru are nice, other than that don't waste your time at this location.

I went in around 5:30 pm. today, 3/18/2024. These are the driest dunkin' donuts I have ever had, and the guy was not very friendly. They do a military discount.

I used the drive thru as well as went inside a few times. The staff at the window and at the counter were all very pleasant. My orders were always correct and warm (by the time I got home which was a 12 minute drive)
Vegetarian options: I would suggest that the hash browns, avocado toast, plain bagels and old fashioned donuts may be categorized as vegetarian but ask the staff because they are very knowledgeable.
Parking: If you want to go inside there is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Staff at the window and inside are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and ample wide isle and seats inside.
