This is store less Custmer than any other stories, and still delay till they came to servicing you!! And when they came to ask how they can help? After you answered, they asked you to pay first before even picking your order!! Even the coffee less than any other stories!!

I had a very frustrating experience on 4/23 at 8:50 AM. After waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, I received the wrong coffee order. When I pointed this out, the employee responded with attitude and seemed visibly annoyed.

To make matters worse, she expressed her own frustration by saying, “What’s wrong with people,” which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She then told me to move my car up, again with an attitude. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable accepting the coffee and chose to leave—without my order, even though I had already paid $13.

Went for a late morning coffee and was greeted by the worker at the drive thru with a very unhappy “morning”. She had no energy and just shoved me my drink when I pulled up saying nothing. The coffee was also not the best.

Place is a rip off. 7.50 for (10) Munchkins when every other Dunkin is $3.99. Also, waiting 15mins to get a iced cold brew with cream and sugar with no one in the lobby customer vise is ridiculous. I'll drive 15mins to another location to not deal with this. 🙄😒🤭

I would be cautious ordering any breakfast sandwiches from here. I personally have contracted food poisoning. Went to this location and got my usual iced coffee, however I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant and hashbrowns. It was all I ate Friday morning and 6 hours later I began to have extreme stomach pain that lasted for 12+ hrs, so badly I couldn’t move. I almost had to go to the ER. Since it was all I had eaten that day it has been ruled out as food poisoning because I was feeling fine prior to eating this locations food. It may have been mishandled, but either way the breakfast sandwich tasted microwaved and the sausage even when I was eating it was sketchy. It did not taste fully cooked and like it was heated up (barely) from being frozen. The hashbrowns I received were cold soggy and greasy. I have been sick for going on 2 days and I am 100% sure it was caused from the food at this business. Be safe

I will start off by saying I am not one to leave negative reviews or reviews at all. This Dunkin’ location is very convenient for me as it’s right across from my office building that I recently started working at, and I love their breakfast sandwiches. I go very often, 2-3 times a week. My criticism however comes from several weeks of coming across one singular individual at the speaker and window. I do not know her name, when I glanced at her name tag, it was a fairly unique name, but she is such an energy vampire!!! Her greetings (or lack thereof) at the speaker and window negatively affects me so much, sometimes I go to an entire different location to get lunch. It’s the main reason I do not go everyday. It gives me anxiety not knowing whether she is working on any given day or not, and my lunch hour starts off so well when I get to the speaker and she is not the one to greet me. I truly cannot explain it any better than it sounding like she does not want to be there, and neither do I when she is there. I hate to judge, and I do not know what she may be going through, but I highly encourage management to have a conversation with her.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location on Friday morning around 7:20 AM. The employee was more focused on flirting with someone instead of taking orders. I waited patiently, but they never even took my order, which almost made me late for work. This is unacceptable—customer service should always be the priority, but it clearly wasn’t here. Extremely disappointed.

I went in for a pick-me-up treat this morning before finding out if I need surgery. The guy did not respond to my hello and muttered so quietly to ask an order related question and then looked annoyed when I needed him to repeat it. Then he hands me the bag with a "there you go" no thank you/ have a nice day, nothing. You may not love your job but treating someone like a human rather than a roach that crawled in goes a long way. You never know what someone might be dealing with.
