The employee Danielle (short black hair with glasses, mid aged) was on her airpods ENTIRE time I was in this eatery. Messed up my sandwich. And this was the first visit, and very poor experience. Maybe if she wasn't talking about her CUZ 🤔 My sandwich would have tasted better. I told her no condiments HEAVY MAYO. I asked for jalapeños NOT EVEN 1. I am driving between states 🙃 so I am not going down. Please Firehouse 🙏 Subs RE TRAINING is highly recommended. I would like a refund also.

While I absolutely love Firehouse Subs this location at Virginia Center Parkway is not open anymore even though google still says it is. If you go to this restaurant there is a sign on the window that says they are permanently closed.
