Walked in grabbed my order on the counter filled up my drink checked the bag to ensure everything was in the bag, the cookie wasn’t in the bag. So I grabbed one, showed the girl working she said ok. The short dude must be the manager, he projects his voice as I’m leaving and says there should be one in the bag, if it’s not your good to go. Clearly there wasn’t so I grabbed one. How about you check all orders before a customer picks up the order to ensure accuracy. Do better! I won’t be back.

I ordered DoorDash from this location. I ordered a meatball sub combo with ruffles chips and added a side of mac and cheese. I was notified by dasher they had no mac cheese. So i had to get gross chicken soup. When order arrived my chips were not in bag & the meatballs were really bad.

The price!!!!!!! 20 dollars for a sub, a small bag of chips and a small drink! Do you mix gold powder into the food to justify this? I will NEVER come back here. I can have a decent meal at a real restaurant including tips for that. Capitalism at it's best. Why do people support this rip off???? Guys, if you keep going to these places, nothing is ever going to change and don't complain about inflation! It's YOUR fault by feeding these greedy companies.

I just picked up a sub at Firehouse in Glen Allen, VA. They had boxes of subs stack to the ceiling. I ask what was up with all of those meals. They were putting together 2500 meals and delivering them to the hurricane Milton victims in Florida. Now the is humanity and patriotism at its best. Thank you to all of the employees at Firehouse.
