How should I begin... poor customer service. We placed an online order and received that standard notification, that our food was ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes for the order that they misplaced. The supervisor said he would get on it. 10 minutes later we cancelled the order and walked out.
We called, and the supervisor attempted to justify this without mentioning that I waited an unreasonable amount of time that they never addressed my wait on a personal level. Also, he attempted to say I just walked out.
Update: A refund for this order was never processed, and since this incident we have not, not will we ever, patronize a Five Guys restaurant.

I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!

Never get your order wrong it is always a quick easy in and out. The bathrooms are extremely clean as is to the rest of the store.

3 ? because of price, the prices have gone high. The service wasn't all that, no hello, and she didn't ask what I wanted on it, I actually forgot you can pick. So I got a plain double bacon cheeseburger, it was good. I had the small fry taken off. It cost over 5.00. There is no military discount, and I won't go back cause price. Maybe one day they can offer meals.
