This is no longer Glen Allen Bistro. It is now Chopped Cheese. The place needs updating, or at the very least , a good cleaning. They were out of all fountain sodas. The food wasn’t worth the price. I had a Turkey and Bacon sub. The Turkey was grilled lunch meat, it was ok. My wife had a Veggie Pita but they had no pita bread only sub rolls. I probably won’t come back unless there are better reviews

Never got to actually try the food because they lost my order. Gave them a try for the first time because I was told they had new ownership. Wife and I walked in and ordered dinner for the family, and were told to wait 20 minutes. Went across the street to get some things at Publix, and came back 25 minutes later. Couldn’t find the order, and some dude literally said to my wife “sorry honey, we can’t find your order!” Thats how you win customers over, especially new ones!!! Seemed to be a group that had no clue about anything. Took three people how to figure out returning my money. They of course eventually found the order?

The staff could not have been friendlier! I was one of their last pickups for the evening. The Baklava was a last minute addition to the order- and it turned out to be my favorite! The Mozarella Sticks were a bit mediocre, not enough salt.
I ordered a pizza and added extra cheese, banana peppers, and onions. The cheese and banana peppers were solid, but I wish the onions wouldn't have been sliced so huge. They ruined the texture a bit. The sauce needed some more seasoning too- definitely salt and garlic.
All and all- a good experience though!

A friendly restaurant with excellent food at excellent prices. Pretty much everything on the menu is great including pizza, subs, burgers, pastas, strombolis,and more. I recommend the steak and cheese. It's excellent. They also serve hand dipped ice cream too.

1st time called for delivery of pizza large pepperoni extra sauce.Pizza arrived the cheese was dried up on it hard cheese not gooey.Did not appear to be extra sauce.Telephoned to advise was disappointed in the pizza. Explain about the cheese and probably lost my business.Person answered the phone could have cared less not professional & offered no apology or nothing No way to do business & yes I tipped the driver along with a delivery charge.You know honestly I was shocked in the way this was handled.No worries i will not be back nor will I ever refer anyone.
Came here with my toddler and ordered a cheese pizza and some fries, and then some ice cream. This place is honestly great. Food is decent, nothing particularly spectacular per se, but it's the environment and service that makes it 5 stars.The cheese pizza was good and I would not mind having again. The fries were surprisingly fresh and well seasoned. The ice cream was decent, but more importantly, my daughter loved everything.The people there are so incredibly inviting and friendly, and my daughter enjoyed making conversations with some of them. There's also a classic foosball table to play with another.Overall, would definitely come back here again.

I stopped in because my brother said it was really good, so I said great I'll go get dinner. There were 5 of us. We got Cheesesteaks with the works, excellent fries (best fries I've had in a long time), and a pepperoni stromboli. Dinner was excellent and hot! Thank you, Glen Allen Bistro, for a delicious takeout.
Parking: Spots specifically for curbside and pickup, which is nice because usually it's just for curbside.

I got the rib eye sandwich, and my husband got a cheeseburger . They were both good (thin), and fries also came out hot and fresh. The young lady at the counter was friendly. They do not do Veterans discount. But they have a discount menu.
