Our go to location in VA. My wife and I have gone here for over 20 years whenever we're in Glen Allen.

Been coming here every week or so recently when I realized I could eat all my calories in one sitting for a great price. Although a lot of it is self serve (it's a buffet ofc) the wait staff does an amazing job, they deserve more love given the clientele they have to deal with.

I am not sure what was going on with Golden Corral this morning, but I would not have recommended it this morning. The food was cool, had me and the 2 grands in the bathroom several times before we even left the restaurant. They had absolutely no turkey base products, all breakfast meats were pork.

I remember when Golden Corral was at its peak growing up. But sadly they have fallen off. Never tried this location until today and it's the same as previous locations. Food is just meh . Steaks had nothing but fat on them. Little to no meat. Food luke warm. Servers are old people that barely can walk. Its like Golden Corral is stuck in the past. New flash it's 2025. Bring some life back into your restaurants. Anyways don't think I will be stepping back foot into this one or any other one.

Went for. breakfast , the food was mediocre and cold. I think they should have alternative options for people who don’t eat pork such as turkey bacon, sausage etc. The bathroom was horrifying, you would think it’ll be clean first thing in the morning. Very disappointed!

I just want to to let you all know this Golden Corral is the best because Penny is the greatest server I've ever have encountered. I eat out a lot because of my work schedule and on bad days I'll come here just to see her smiling face. She takes care of all her customers and makes sure everyone feels important and special. She will also make sure children have their ice cream and she wasn't their server. She is definitely the kind of server every restaurant and owner wish they had.
