I pass this location daily and saw a burger meal special advertised on the temporary sign in front of the store. My server was not aware of the special and had to ask the night manager (7:00 PM visit) about the details. I explained that the sign mentioned that the special also included a drink. The night manager disagreed. After leaving the store, I passed the sign again and it clearly stated a drink was included. I called the store and the manager put me on hold to go look at the sign that indeed included the drink language. Store management should communicate to the staff the details for specials to avoid confusion and disgruntled customers. The burger was good but the way I was treated was certainly not.

Our waitress was Ciara and she was awesome magnificent customer service! Food was good and came out on time. We will be back for sure. Make sure you ask for Ciara for good old fashioned customer service like the good old days!!!

Come on, IHOP. This used to be our favorite spot. I'm not sure what happened to you all, but the service was terrible. The employees seemed lost in their own world, daydreaming. I had to ask several times for the same things over and over. They struggled to operate the register. And don't even get me started on the food. They were out of 30% of their menu items. They claimed they didn't have bananas, yet they served some freeze-dried, brown bananas with the meal. If you say you don't have them, then don't put them on the plate, especially in that condition. We didn’t finish eating most of the food. The common sense displayed on 12/24/25 was appalling. Until things improve, we won't be returning.

After 15 minutes of being at the table Megan came and asked if we were helped and I said no . Than she proceeded to call Max who did not hear her after calling her name 3 times. Max said that table number 1 was not hers. Than the hostess said she told another girl that table number 1 was hers but the girl ( who’s name I don’t know) said that the hostess never told her anything. Meanwhile I’m there watching this happen and still no one comes to the table. My daughter who is 4 is complaining that she is hungry and asking why no one comes to the table to help us. We than decide to get up and leave. In my opinion at this point, forget whose table it is… just take the order and split the tip later. It’s about serving the customer and getting the job done. Do a better Job. Don’t get IHOP burned liked that. IHOP is a great place, it becomes tradition to so many amazing families. Just GET IT TOGETHER!

We ordered door dash today from there today, pancakes and a chicken biscuit. Everything was hot a delicious, and the apple and orange juice was delicious!

What's not to love about pancakes, crepes, waffles, and French toast. They're all delicious but I have never had cold brew so bad in my life which is why I had to give 4 stars. It was black but somehow tasted like cheese. I don't understand. Regular coffee is fine, it's just the cold brew that tastes strange. Go there but never order cold brew.

We came in as a group of three and were lucky enough to have Andoni as our server. From the start, he was super welcoming and made sure each of us felt taken care of. He remembered all our orders perfectly — no mix-ups, no delays — and even checked in just the right amount without hovering.
What really stood out was how he treated us like individuals, not just a table number. One of us had a special request, another had questions about the menu, and the third just wanted a quick refill — Andoni handled it all smoothly and with a great attitude.
We all left saying the same thing: “That guy was awesome.” If you’re eating here, hope you get Andoni. He’s the kind of server who makes the whole experience better.
