As crazy as it sounds in rating a fast food franchise with a high rating, this one on hull street gets it. 90% of the time, anything I order from 55+ is great! However, the steak tips were fair.

I had such a great experience at this IHOP! Our server, Kevin, was absolutely fabulous—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service really makes the difference, and Kevin went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

Haven't been to an IHOP in a long time but had a great experience. Ordered the fried steak w white gravy, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. It tasted good...just too much grissle for me w the meat. Daughter had the kids cupcake pancake w a side of strawberry and banana. Got a bacon avocado burger to go w a side of onion rings. Great service.
Our food was perfectly prepared and our service was exceptional. We will return soon.

Everything was good,then went to IHOP for breakfast and got seated, I've never felt so uneasy the atmosphere was so dead no upbeat with employees,,, food was okay the server came to check on us once at the beginning later on just to bring bill I might not return back to this location

We waited for around 45 minutes for our food, witnessed others arriving after us and getting their food before us, finishing it, paying and leaving all while we were still sitting there waiting. Our waitress didn’t check on us at all and was completely MIA. They weren’t even very busy. Our food wasn’t prepared properly nor was it very good. We had to flag our waitress down for the check, she noticed us, said nothing and proceeded to do literally 5 other things before coming over to us. Overall service was slow and poor, we were not even given the option to decide on the tip. The bill automatically forced a 20% tip which was NOT deserved. The meal was expensive to begin with and mediocre quality at best. We will not be returning to this ihop. If we could give 0 stars for the service we would.
