Horrible curbside service. Have 4 big curbside signs but will not bring your food out. Food will be cold by time you get it. Employee said he’d bring the food out when ready. Instead he just put the parking space #6 on the receipt and let it sit inside til it’s cold.

We went to the West Broad St. IHOP for breakfast and ordered orange juice and sweet tea, the Bacon Temptation Omelette, and the Big Steak Omelette. We also ordered the 3 buttermilk pancakes. Our server, Liz, was friendly and very attentive. She stopped by to check on us several times, and our conversations were great! We really enjoyed talking to her she made our visit very enjoyable! We'll definitely stop by the West Broad St. IHOP again!Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces when we visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There were several wheelchair accessible parking spaces right by the entrance.

Our dinner was cold, we were the only ones there and it took the kitchen over 30 mins to bring out order. (We didn't order anything complicated or asked for anything out of the ordinary...) the server was okay. Didn't notice that the table needed drinks after 20 mins, portions of our order was missing, other items were brought out separately, we had to remind them of the order. (Again.. the restaurant was empty)

Breakfast for dinner. It's pretty good, not gourmet or anything, but good. My family likes to come here often for breakfast for dinner, and for that, it's hard to beat. It IS kind of their specialty, and depending on when you get there, in the evenings for instance, it's decently quiet. Can't speak about any other time of day, though.
