We love IHOP but we just left the Kingsport location at 10:15p.m. along with 6 other waiting customers as the waitress and cook and all employees had walked out of the 24/7 location. They weren't even there when we arrived. Doors unlocked, everything on. We were told by other customers at their table that the waitress would be right back, she had to run an errand. The restaurant literally has no one responsible for it right now. We were looking forward to eating there but unfortunately, this is obviously very unprofessional. The restaurant wasn't full, only 2 couples eating. One couple was literally getting their own drinks. What has happened to what was once my favorite place?

I go to the ihop in sanford florida and bree is a young and strong excellent waitress, she never complains even if we do and she has always earned her big tips from us since we are difficult customers- the food is delicious and affordable- try the sirloin tips with extra mushrooms and onions and God and Jesus love you!

Five of us visited the Bismarck location. The to-go order was brought to our table immediately and the five of us waited for our food. Our orders came out piece meal, someone’s pancakes, then someone’s meal minus the hash browns, then someone’s meal minus the pancakes. My omelette and pancakes were barely warm, and the pancakes were nothing special; definitely not fluffy. No beverage refills offered. When we paid, someone in our party was charged twice (they checked their account before leaving.) I’ve been to this location three times, and the last two times have been disappointing. Not going back.

we had lunch with plastic forks and spoons. had to ask for napkins and waiter gave an attitude.

Sunday PM: Eating area had a bad odor. Service was slow. Ordered cheese burger & fry's. Fry's good, burger not to order and did not taste good. Lastly did not the Rap cursing music. This is my 3rd and last fist at this IHOP........
Started not to come here because of the reviews but sure glad we came! The food was delicious and our server (Nicole) was excellent!! Will definitely come again!!

It smells horrible inside the restaurant. Like literal sewage or a dirty trash can The staff was all super nice. The bathrooms smelled worse than the inside of the restaurant. I ordered a version of the eggs Benedict, would not recommend. The sauce was not remotely Benedict. The "poached" eggs were basically boiled hard. The avocado was over ripe and black around the edges. They were nice about it when I sent it back.

Staff and food were great. When we walked in the restaurant it did smell something like sewer or like the floors had been mopped with dirty water. Not sure if that was something they could handle at that time or not but it wasn’t that bothersome.

Food was good no issues. However when I went to the restroom there was an overwhelming smell of sewer in there. I will have second thoughts before going there again. That is very unsanitary.
