Witnessed one of the workers load a sandwich with onions, realize their mistake, and take the mayo-covered onions and put them back with the fresh onions. Then, put the lettuce on the sandwich. Just hoping no one has any allergies. Will not be going back, there are other Jersey Mike's in the area
This place is a mess. Tables dirty. Area around meat slicer is disgusting. Floor full of trash. Rugs dirty. Glass door full of handprints. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms not up to par. Generally messy everywhere. Staff was courteous and nice and responsive when asked to clean table; but shouldn't have to ask someone to clean. What i saw and experienced was indicative of poor management. The workers would work if given direction. Worst Jersey Mike experience ever.

Doug, store 6002. In Glen Allen is exceptional. The food is always good but Doug is exceptional. He was running the whole store and I immediately knew this guy is a professional. Doug’s competency, politeness, ability, and overall expediency was flawless. I assumed he owned this franchise because of the way he handled the orders and customers. I would want a person like Doug to be in charge of daily operations. He puts his all into it. Way to go!!

I watched them drop my sub on the floor and after coworkers talked. She discreetly rewrapped sub from floor. I told her I want one that didn’t fall on the floor and she replied I was going to ask, as if their was anything to ask.

Horrible takeout service and getting worse. This makes my 4th time ordering takeout using the app and it was wrong every time. Classic turkey w/ provolone mayo on both sides, extra vinegar, onions, lettuce and tomatoes. I received a dry sandwich w/o onions. 1 of the sandwiches didn't have mayo and no vinegar. New employees need better extensive training.
