Witnessed one of the workers load a sandwich with onions, realize their mistake, and take the mayo-covered onions and put them back with the fresh onions. Then, put the lettuce on the sandwich. Just hoping no one has any allergies. Will not be going back, there are other Jersey Mike's in the area
Doug, store 6002. In Glen Allen is exceptional. The food is always good but Doug is exceptional. He was running the whole store and I immediately knew this guy is a professional.
Doug’s competency, politeness, ability, and overall expediency was flawless.
I assumed he owned this franchise because of the way he handled the orders and customers.
I would want a person like Doug to be in charge of daily operations. He puts his all into it. Way to go!!

It was my first time at this location and the food was made perfectly. I used to be the assistant manager of a jersey mike's, and I could tell my food was gonna be good because both the employees had that cold dead stare. I salute you.
