I like their food, but this location needs to take some efficiency lessons from Chick-fil-A... I have ordered online, arrived at my designated pickup time and had to wait 20 minutes for them to clear the line in the restaurant before beginning on my order. On my next trip I showed up and ordered in person and then had to wait until they got done preparing all of their online orders before helping me. Witnessed one of the workers load a sandwich with onions, realize their mistake, and take the mayo-covered onions and put them back with the fresh onions. Then, put the lettuce on the sandwich. Just hoping no one has any allergies. Will not be going back, there are other Jersey Mike's in the area
