The customer service is non-existent. The workers are unfriendly and don't listen to instructions. I asked for a side of ranch and received none. They don't even bother to ask if its for "here" or "to-go".

This place is the WORST...the subs are dry & hard (stomach has been upset ever since)
the service is poor handing two people 3 drinks, 3 subs w/chips no bag or drink carrier AND THEY REFUSE TO HONOR FREE CHIPS & DRINK AFTER 2 AS ADVERTISED-- JERSEY MIKES IS BY FAR A BETTER CHOICE SUB !!

The food lacked any discernible flavor and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours or possibly even frozen at some point. The bread was stale, and the veggies were limp and tasteless. It was clear that freshness was not a priority.

To add to the disappointment, the cashier was unnecessarily rude. They seemed irritated from the moment I approached the counter, making the entire ordering process unpleasant. Their attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional, which really put a damper on what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal.

We didn’t realize the time and ordered before closing. They tried to call us but we didn’t see the call. When we arrived they had our subs for us even though they had closed. We will not make a habit of this as we completely respect their time, but wanted to give them a great review for excellent customer service and friendly demeanors.

Terrible sandwich. 1 piece of meat the entire length of the 16 inch turkey. Added toppings i didnt ask for and missing ones i did ask for(website order) very disappointing.

Edit: after reading the other reviews id put my money on the franchise owner telling the workers to use less meat as a cost saving initiative.

Gave Jimmy John’s a second chance to get a sub, I told them exactly what I wanted on my sub which was an unwich with only Ham, Turkey, Provolone cheese, and jalapeño ranch on the side. Once I got home I opened it up to tomatoes and mayonnaise inside. Waste of almost $10 dollars for something I couldn’t eat.

Just went over to Jimmy John's at Short pump to get a sandwich. After I ordered my sandwich and put in my ATM card I asked the lady if there were any rewards. She turned the card holder around and pulled my card out and dropped it on the floor and turned her back and walked away and said nothing.

I visited there recently and got a default menu item "french" style whatever that means - which I assumed was the smallest sub they sell based on the menu board, a small bag of chips, and a bottled coke. I was stunned when I was charged over $23 for this individual lunch! On top of that, I was presented with a tip screen which was designed such that if you didn't leave a tip (which I had no intention of doing after being charged $24), you were forced to press two keystrokes. This meant that the staff knew that you left no tip when they saw you press two keys on the screen. Not the staff's fault: it's the marketing folks' fault in my opinion: they did it on purpose, to guilt us into leaving a tip. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the turnaround time for my order was astounding. Think about it: a family of four would have been presented with a $100 order and still have been presented with the rigged tip screen. I feel that if I pay $24 for a subarine sandwich lunch, the owner should be able to pay a living wage to the staff without my having to participate. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. But unfortunately, I won't be back.
