JJ’s Grille is a whole vibe. With warm and friendly service the minute you walk in the door until you exit. There are TV screens all around to catch all of the games. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Classic and Hangover Hamburgers which were some of the juicest hamburgers we've ever tasted. The restaurant, decorated with lights, with live music playing made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening.

I decided to try this place. I don't live in the area but was staying nearby for a couple nights. This place brought back so many memories. Like the old days in the 80s of going to local places to have fun. The lights and the music playing was spot on. Had a couple gentlemen playing backgammon up on a table. Seemed to be locals who frequent the place. The signs show live entertainment at night. All the good signs of a fantastic local place. This is at the end of a small shopping center. Perfect for locals. Now for review. The food was delicious. Had a Reuben and onion rings. Beer was cold. The young lady working the bar was pleasant and attentive. Is this a 5-Star restaurant, no. It's much better. Good food, drinks and atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you are in the area to stop by.

One of the few bars / restaurants that far out that focus on live music! Love that. Good food...good specials, attentive service in my experience. Bar is a good safe place to just hang out. A gem.

We came to see our man, Pat O'Brien, for some great music. We enjoyed ourselves with some friends, who have been here a few times. The food was ok. Nothing fantastic. American fare, with burgers, meatloaf, fish n' chips. We got some potato skins and fish n' chips. Thought the skins were a little undercooked and kind of bland. Staff was great. Our waitress was really good. Large bar in the middle with a good selection of beers. Few outside table. Renée says her cooked to order burger was great!

We sat in a booth next to 4 adults at a high top table. They were very loud dropping numerous FBombs during our entire dinner. Not a pleasant experience.

My wife and I like the variety the menu offers. We went there last night just before 7pm because I was hungry and wanted a full meal but she not so much. Figured we'd get a couple drinks, appetizer, she could get a sandwich and I would get a full entree. At the front door I was informed by a not so friendly woman that a band would start playing shortly after 8:00 and I had to pay a cover charge to come in and eat. I tried to explain we were there to eat and would be gone before 8. I was told that didn't matter. I was never told what the cover charge was nor did I care. We left and went to Legend's at Inns Brook. I like JJ's and not saying I won't go back but I won't rush to do it. I will go to a lot of other places first.
What’s the point of a non-smoking sign when everyone, including the manager, just goes one step around the patio and smokes anyways? Don’t bring a baby here unless you want them breathing secondhand smoke all evening.

I have eaten and taken out here many times and never been disappointed but today I got a burger with the most pathetic piece of wilted nasty lettuce ( I have a picture but attach), I paid extra for grilled onions and got none. I tipped 22% to get this service.

meh. Dirty flat top grill steak sandwich. Service was also medium but kind. Wouldn't choose it as a destination for a Sunday late lunch. Clean that flat top! Ice and salt~
