Want out for Mexican dinner but it was closed. JJs Grille was a little further down and turned out to be very enjoyable dinner. Fish n chips and Reuben hit the spot. Sunday football was on all 7 TV screens.

We just had the worst experience ever at JJ's Grille! First of all we walk in and were immediately told that we had to leave by 6:55, Before we even sat down! Then we sit down and I ask for a high chair for Holden she says “ok” rolls her eyes and goes back up front and seats another party, doesn’t get us the highchair. At this point I am already annoyed as hell so I say to Kara “I’m out of here” we proceed to walk out and then she says “oh ok i’ll get the highchair” as I’m walking by her out the door. If I never walk in that place again it will be too soon! If you don’t have “reservations” don’t go because they obviously don’t want you as a customer.

JJ’s Grille is a whole vibe. With warm and friendly service the minute you walk in the door until you exit. There are TV screens all around to catch all of the games. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Classic and Hangover Hamburgers which were some of the juicest hamburgers we've ever tasted. The restaurant, decorated with lights, with live music playing made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening.
Too loud -happy hour patrons apparently. Fried oysters were okay. Green beans were excellent.

I decided to try this place. I don't live in the area but was staying nearby for a couple nights. This place brought back so many memories. Like the old days in the 80s of going to local places to have fun. The lights and the music playing was spot on. Had a couple gentlemen playing backgammon up on a table. Seemed to be locals who frequent the place. The signs show live entertainment at night. All the good signs of a fantastic local place. This is at the end of a small shopping center. Perfect for locals. Now for review. The food was delicious. Had a Reuben and onion rings. Beer was cold. The young lady working the bar was pleasant and attentive. Is this a 5-Star restaurant, no. It's much better. Good food, drinks and atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you are in the area to stop by.
