Picked up two individual meals and a family meal ( 8 piece chicken bucket with 2 sides and 4 biscuits) for a picnic during time of social distancing, two sides were not in my order, no receipt provided. I went back to the restaurant, staff gave me my sides, staff was not friendly or apologetic. The restaurant was not busy on either trip. Frustrating that I ad to make two trips and the staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. $40 for the food, definitely not worth it!

I love the simplicity of a KFC Famous Bowl. This location does them well with lots of chicken.

This place is CHRONICALLY understaffed! Expect long waits, incorrect order fulfillment, and barely communicative employees.

Today, for the third time I came to work, opened my box and realized I got something completely different from what I ordered. Also didn’t even get the sides I ordered and paid for. I didn’t want to say anything the first two times, but this is getting frustrating and I’m done with KFC!

Poor customer service. They started to take my order. I tried to ask a question about a promotion before I could finish she interrupted me saying they don't have the promotion and they deny service at the drive thru and stated I would have to go inside to order. I left without food.

Stopped by this KFC (11190 W. Broad) on 1/23/20 about 2:30pm to get dinner for family. Upon entering, NOT A SINGLE SOUL in the place (neither customers nor employees)!! I paced back-n-forth for a few mins, "Hello? Hellooo???" - NADA! Thought the place was closed? (But no closed signs). So I walked out and about to get in the car when I noticed a thin male (KFC employee - with uniform) standing at the corner of the parking lot talking to someone in a white truck. He looked up and saw me but didn't really care...went back to talking. Not sure what he's getting paid for? (if he was taking a break, then where is everyone else?) If I was the owner of this place, I'd be PO!! There would be some major firing and hiring real employees. Nonetheless, KFC will lose my business for a very long time.

I greatly dislike leaving low reviews, and tried to overlook many things, but today was just a disaster of a visit. When we arrived we were told that chicken would be 20 minutes and fish 10 minutes. Not much of a fast food setup is it? We chose the fish and it took about 10 minutes. Unfortunately it was oversaturated with grease and I have felt nauseated every since eating what we could muster down. This in itself would earn a star or 2 deduction but it gets worse. There was a pool of water in front of the drink station that was never cleaned up and no condiments to be found. This would usually cause another 1/2 to maybe 1 star but it gets worse. The cashier proceeded to talk, to whom I would presume was the manager into his headset, about why hasn't someone shot the president yet, how to get state benefits and manipulate the system, slavery and how mad a certain political party is, how bad and evil they and their people are and how it's their turn to burn. This continually escalating conversation he was having in his headset to someone continued for over 10 minutes as he walked around the dining room and wiped off tables. And, mind you, in a voice that could be heard across the dining room floor. I gave things one more chance to be redeemed by making a point of walking by the front counter and smiling and wishing them a Merry Christmas. What I got was a snear and not so much as a have a nice day or you too.

Terrible customer service, person who took my order was on her phone whole taking my order, gave no greeting , asked me "what do you want". Service counter where good was presented was dirty like cleaned with a dirty rag. I won't come here again.

They got the order wrong and the person in front of me as well. Left part of the order and had to go back and wait for someone so I could say anything. Didn't offer forks, ketchup, tartar sauce, etc. It's all behind the counter. Not a fan of this location. Will be filling out survey from the receipt.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would! Service horrible! Dirty isn't even the best word for the bathroom! We were told several times while ordering how long we were going to have to wait because of what we ordered off the LJS menu. And got nothing but attitude when we asked for tater sauce and cocktail sauce for our family meal. Then only got 4 packets. Never going back and I would never recommend this place. It needs new management!

I had bought a large bucket for a family member and it smell so good I went back the second day and bought a bucket for myself!! GOOD food!!
