I love Marco’s Pizza, but I just cannot understand why they never can cut my pizza as I order? I always order with a regular/pie cut, but the guys insist make square cut. I think they do not read the order completely.

On 12/30 at 4:37pm I placed an order (order#131) the order arrived at 5:23 and it was cold and missing my Pepsi. I called the store and the young man was courteous and agreed to credit my card back. I forgot about it with the holiday rush. I never received a credit or management reaching out to me after I took the survey. I will not be ordering from here again. The service and food used to be good but not anymore. Disappointed.

I like Marco's pizza quality in general but I have been disappointed by the quality of subs and chicken tenders. On two occasions for delivery, my orders were partially wrong and they delivered the wrong item ( bonelsss vs bone-in) or putting bacon on my chicken sub which I had to throw out cuz I cannot have bacon.
The first time, nobody answered my call to the store and the second time, the store staff told me" they'd free out the order " meaning I were to get some refund but the full amount was pushed on my credit card anyways.
The staff are very nice on 2 occasions I picked up in store.
In short,
1. Expect some undesirable surprises if you order subs, chicken (anything other than pizza) for delivery from this store.

4/12/24 fearful that our pizza ? would be spit in we canceled our order only because the driver showed up (i had called to remind them to tell the driver to bring change) with no change. As always we tipped but I wasn't going to give a $20 tip. The driver left and I called to ask why the driver after calling showed up with no change, the manager apologized and gave a discount but after thinking about it I decided (having worked in food service I know what's done to food that's returned) to cancel because I know the driver would be pissed about having to return don'tknow what she would have done before returning. Ain't my fault they lost money next time remind (they should know) the driver to take change.
This is one of the most pleasant places to get your pizza fix! The staff are so nice and kind as well as helpful. The manager has resolved any issues that I have had, which have only been 2 in as many years! I'll keep buying from here as long as they keep making these great pizza!

Unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two times back to back where I ordered the heavily advertised hot honey (also paid extra for this extra) and didn't get it either time. The last straw, ordered at 10:30pm, received a notification at 11:15pm (email) that my pizza was on the way. At 12:18am it was delivered. I am completely aware that it was obviously a very busy night. However, my food rode around in a car for at least an hour, and it showed. That's a problem. I confess that we have ordered once since then but it was going in knowing that it would likely suck. And while it came as ordered, and in a timely manner, it's no where near the quality it was when this location first opened and hasn't been in a very long time.

Great service! Delicious pizza but I did notice either cat or dog hair in my pizza. I know it’s not fine dining but for sanitary reasons it may need to be looked at as something to work on… MARCOS ALL THE WAY!!!
