4/12/24 fearful that our pizza ? would be spit in we canceled our order only because the driver showed up (i had called to remind them to tell the driver to bring change) with no change. As always we tipped but I wasn't going to give a $20 tip. The driver left and I called to ask why the driver after calling showed up with no change, the manager apologized and gave a discount but after thinking about it I decided (having worked in food service I know what's done to food that's returned) to cancel because I know the driver would be pissed about having to return don'tknow what she would have done before returning. Ain't my fault they lost money next time remind (they should know) the driver to take change.

This is one of the most pleasant places to get your pizza fix! The staff are so nice and kind as well as helpful. The manager has resolved any issues that I have had, which have only been 2 in as many years! I'll keep buying from here as long as they keep making these great pizza!

We have order at this location several times. My husband called in to check if they had any Super Bowl specials and the woman that answered the phone was rude . You can tell over the phone she was bothered about the questions we had about the menu. My husband told her, you do not have to be rude to me for asking. This time I call back and Tyler answer. I asked if I can speak with the manager To my surprise she was the manager, Did not wanted to provide her name, I told her to be a manager you need to be polite and professional. She hang up on me. She is was very rude. I would recommend she finds another job or fire here in a heartbeat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Great service! Delicious pizza but I did notice either cat or dog hair in my pizza. I know it’s not fine dining but for sanitary reasons it may need to be looked at as something to work on… MARCOS ALL THE WAY!!!

This place is a small pizza shop next to a Publix on Broad Street. Standard pizza shop setting, no muss, no frills.The service is always friendly, albeit they seem to always be short-staffed. Sometimes my pizza is ready on time, sometimes I have to wait. No biggie.The pizza itself is really good...Marco's is my go-to for take out pizza. I typically get the small cauliflower crust option. It's tasty and doesn't have that cauliflower aftertaste you find in some.One note, they do used canned mushrooms so I typically don't order them on my pie. It's a textural thing.Overall, it's convenient and on my way home from the day job...so they get all my pizza business.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub today around 6:30 pm. I arrived pretty quickly as I was not far away. The employee stated good timing just came out of the oven. Well I'm eating on the go so I get back to my car and tell myself be careful it is going to be hot.but it was just luke warm and like it hadn't been heated all the way through. I'm not a picky guy so I was like well just eat it well I decided no you want to make sure it gets heated thoroughly and is safe to eat so I go back in. Doesn't seem to really register with the employee I spoke with , he didn't say sorry about that or anything but that is OK I'm not too concerned about that . He stuck it back in the oven for me. So this time again not piping hot but it was hot enough where I thought it was safe to eat . So not expecting anything great for a 12 dollar sub but there was nothing satisfying or tasty about it , seemed like stuff from a can almost . Definitely wish I wouldn't have eaten it but I was hungry. I would almost want anything before it. I will definitely not be back .
Husbands favorite place to get pizza. They always do a wonderful job here. Fresh ingredients and next level pizza!

Came in for lunch,the nice lady took my order which was a small pizza & soft drink,she brought to my attention the lunch special which was a small pizza & bottle drink,I ordered my pizza & waited for my order,pizza took about 7 minutes which was perfectly fine,once I received my pizza I opted for dining in which this Particular Marco's had very limited seating options,was hoping they would offer Parm & crushed red pepper flakes but neither was offered/available,the pizza itself was hot,dough was fresh but the sauce lacked enormous flavor,as if they use the least amount of spices in the sauce,the next day my stomach wasn't feeling the best either,Marco's leaves much to be desired & in a big pizza market like Richmond I'd be surprised if this Company lasts 5 years in such an aggressive pizza market.

Never had bar-b-que bacon chicken pizza with tomato sauce and drizzle of bar-b-que sauce. Use all bar-b-que sauce on bar-b-que pizza. Cauliflower crust only came in small but was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
