First time Marcos customer, thought that I was getting from VCC but order was from Ashland..my fault..pizza is as really good I would probably hold the onions, a bit strong, and the sausage was something frozen, out of a box.

The pizza is not as great as it use to be but it's good. The service was excellent. I'm hoping for the taste to return as when it first appeared.

i paid for the heart pizza and it looks like the delivery driver dropped kicked it.

Ordered 2 whole pizzas. Ate the first one on the first night. Upon eating the second one the next night, we discovered a piece of hair baked into the pizza. When I called and spoke to the manager Beth, she told me her system would not allow her to do refunds on previous day’s items and offered a credit. I told her there is no need for a credit because I will not be going back to reorder. I asked Beth for a number to the corporate office which did not work. I found corporate’s correct phone number and will be calling them Monday. It looks like someone else had an issue with hair in their food also. I would avoid this Marcos.

Simply great. I’ve traveled a lot and had a lot of different pizzas, this place is doing something right. I mentioned about my family in Philly as I ordered and had a nice conversation with Ben. Everyone on his team has experience and I could taste that they know what they are doing. I think of Marco’s as a chain, this place seemed like a family’s little ristorante and I will be glad to visit again.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to one of their outstanding employees by the name of Derek. I visited this location after having a bad experience at the S Laburnum location. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. It's rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and it really made my visit enjoyable. The pizza was delicious as always, but the service was what truly stood out. Great service like that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Got home and noticed our pizza had hair in it. When I told the team member he said that’s strange because no one here has long hair. I explained to him that the hair was baked into the pizza and also is blonde.. I have black hair and didn’t bake this pizza. The staff sounded as if I was lying and offered a credit or to remake it. I told them I needed a full refund and will be leaving a review.

I love this marcos! Ben and Derrick do an amazing job! The food is made quickly, prepared with love! Their customer service is outstanding! The whole team is great here and you should call the store instead of using the app!😊

I have ordered from this Marcos before and always liked it. But that ended with tonight’s order. The pizza was dry and no flavor. I will not return. ☹️

pizza was mediocre. biggest complaint is that half of the slices in my pie were cut like this.
