Staff just didn’t care. No manager presence. Many people waiting for their order for 30 minutes or longer. Stay away.
This McDonald’s location basically needs more customer service training. My family and I waited for more than 30 minutes for our food, and the girl at the cash register blatantly ignored our complaints about the slow service. When asking another employee if the horrible quality of service was usual, his reply was “...no comment” and kept shaking his head.
