This is by far the rudest staff and longest I have ever waited at a mcdonalds. I work right down the road and have lived in this area for years. I waited 15 mins today for my food just for it to be wrong! Doesn't matter if it's breakfast or lunch always slow and always rude.

Had to stop for a quick breakfast it was an awesome experience everything was fresh cooked to order and excellent customer service definitely will come back

Visited this location this morning (11/24/24) ... the drive thru was packed, so I decided to go inside. When I got inside they were busy as well and went to place my order at the kiosk. I wanted to make a change to my burrito but couldn't so placed order with an associate. She said she would just tell the back no cheese on the burritos. I went ahead and paid and then another worker comes up and advises that it's a pre-made and can't be altered. I advised the associate that I just need my money back for those then. So the manager came up to see what was going on and explained everything, he said hold on let me see what I can do. He came back and said "We got you" and they made the burritos without cheese. ROCKSTAR!

I specifically asked your employee if your location shared a parking lot with a publix, target, and abc. They said yes several times while that wasn't the truth because they were well down the road. No parking lot sharing with any of those places. Your employees match your prices. Affordable but cheap.
