I just noticed at the bottom McDonald’s sent me a message. I already sent the same information to the website with the survey the same day that this happened which would have the time stamp for video footage if they bothered to investigate. While waiting in the drive through while being ignored by the staff that night, I took a picture of my receipt. No one contacted me about this situation, by email, phone, etc. I did not expect anyone to either. McDonald’s has their own reputation, and I’m not asking for anything.
Used by mobile app per usual. My child loves the nuggets. After last night I will not support McDonalds. Hair was inside of my cold burger that was originally not given to me. I had to sit and wait over 10 mins in the drive thru to tell someone that hey, I’m missing a burger. The guy with a mask came with a burger in hand, recited the toppings that were correct. I told him the first two burgers given to me already weren’t made correctly but it was alright, as long as this one was done. He leaves with the burger, after asking for my receipt, comes back over 5 minutes later. Hands me the burger, no receipt. The burger was cold, but at this point I’m tired, ready to go home. I checked the burger and saw my toppings were correct, the same toppings he recited to me originally BEFORE walking away with the burger. I didn’t think anything of it. When I bit into the burger there was the longest strand of hair that I pulled out of my mouth that was attached to the cheese. After a very long day of work to bite into a piece of hair is horrifying and absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had this experience before, and can’t get pulling the hair out of my mouth out of my head. The burger was also cold. There’s no way to explain this. The hair was in the cheese. I will no longer be a customer. I frequented McDonalds many times a week. Why was there a long strand of hair in my burger??? I’m just horrified to even think of what could have happened.

Will never use this location again. Ive never seen such lack of respect and customer service. My family ordered 2 20 PC nuggets and we didnt get a single sauce that we ordered. Our large fry was cold and half empty. The big Mac sauce was all over the inside of the box as if tbey were mad they had to make it for us.
If you really must have mcdonalds. Choose a different location. Crazy that this near to the children's museum and they are this awful.

I would love to share this story today, I was craving McDonald’s, and I met a very sweet young man named Maalik he was so patient and helpful with me, it really brightened my day to know we still have people out there who genuinely care about their job.

Maalik was very nice, patient, and very attentive in his service, as I am a person with a speech impediment, he made sure to take his time in taking my order making sure that I’m heard and understood. Always awesome to see kids that work hard and take their jobs seriously!!!

Horrible and I mean horrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes in the dining room for my order. Went up twice to check on things trying to be kind and not be rushing anyone. 2nd time I came up the lady yelled at my for not coming up sooner and told me they did away with my order because when they called my number, which nobody ever did, nobody came up. She said my meal was mismarked as a order to go instead of the fact I asked for here and the guy gave me a number for my table. Left, never received any food. Terrible, horrible, and down right deplorable customer service.

I waited 45 minutes to receive my mobile order. I placed the order for curbside pickup and after waiting 25 minutes I went inside and waited another 20 minutes to get my food. The staff had no sense of urgency or care, talking about taking their breaks and when the manager would let them leave. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

Would give no stars.. customer service horrible. Anytime you use your app points for a free item they ironically can never find the order and will blame you say it was your fault and dont tell you why or however tho you have confirmation number. Managers there are a joke and a fraud billion doller company prices always going up but quality ALWAYS GOES DOWN SOMEHOW. do not go to this location go to ANY OTHER LOCATION IM THE WORLD DO NOT GO HERE
