I already got food for me and my boyfriend here the fries were soggy other than that the burgers were okay the frappes are delicious not a bad place to come other than when I went to get their fries they were soggy and needed more salt I asked for them to cook everything fresh I don't know if they did everything was okay other than the fries that I had gotten from you and my boyfriend being soggy and tastes like they barely had any salt on them other than that they're okay to go to

After having to wait for the original items to be made while in the drive thru I received the wrong order altogether which I did not realize until arriving home. I immediately called the location to speak with the manager and literally waited on line for 18 minutes listening to staff talking as they laid the phone down and never told manager. I was still on the line after I drove BACK to the location and showed the manager that my call was now going on 20 mins while for someone to get the manager to the phone. She apologized, of course, and made excuses for the staff not paying attention to details (I witnessed 3 other customers receive wrong orders while there) She immediately had them make the correct order, as well as added fries which I had not ordered initially, which come to find out as driving home were ICE COLD. I told her I thought due to my inconvenience of having waited on the phone to no avail and driving BACK to the location I felt I deserved more than just the items I originally ordered. She then wrote on my receipt that I could get 2 more double cheeseburgers free of charge at a future date, but sad I had to ask.

My worst McDonalds experience ever.. period.. Ordered through the app on April 2 at 2:07 pm and went in to collect once it showed ready in the app. We were ignored while Doordash and other personnel were getting served immediately. We were told its on the works and its only at 2:40 that someone noticed that they completely skipped our order. They somehow pulled together some stale fries (had to throw them away) and burnt McChicken. The 2 Double CheeseBurgers for a friend was also very bad and she just couldn't eat them. Its unbelievable how badly these place messed up the order. Won't ever go here.

There's going to be a major problem next time one of your door dash or Uber eats drivers gets rude with me when I'm trying to get MY food. They sit there and block the pick up counter and get an attitude when you ask them to move so you can pick up your food.

I ordered a breakfast with a hot chocolate, when I picked up my order they handed me a small orange juice. It looked like a supervisor or manager was in drive thru. I got bi apologies. I had to wait for my hot chocolate.. the employee brought it to me and it had no whipped cream or chocolate sauce like the picture. She took it back then this black supervisor came out with the same cup and I said, I want whip cream and sauce. She said it’s extra. She brought out the cup with whipped cream and immediately went back inside. your management staff should have offered whipped cream and sauce for free for their mistake .. your management in the morning is rude and unprofessional.. the staff is great. Do better.. and i won’t pay for whipped cream unless I select extra
