Better hope you don't get here when anyone else does. they can't handle more than 2 orders at once without breaking down and having +30 minutes waits. didn't even end up getting my food.

Easily the worst McDonalds I've had. Dry Big Mac. Dry stale fries. Lukewarm sandwiches at best. Would avoid and go elsewhere. Been a couple times and not worth stopping here until they revamp.

Outstanding service! I came back through the drive-thru because I thought I had accidentally left my credit card with the cashier. The staff was so kind and patient, and the manager even took the time to review and download the security footage to show me that I had actually taken my card back. They treated me with complete professionalism and care throughout the whole situation. Truly above and beyond customer service!

Absolutely horrible service todsyon November 12 at2:45. It took 15 minutes to get my order and the order was wrong 3x’s. The rude lady that just returned to the store and was working in the back yelled I put my order in wrong. I have ordered the same meal every week for a year do I would find it hard to believe I would input my order incorrectly. Other people got the incorrect food also. Tables dirty. Drive in backed up.

I stood there 10 minutes before they acknowledged that I had ordered a coffee. The employees were having a great time though chatting and horsing around. One was licking the spilled cool whip off of his fingers as he carried someone's icecream around. Then they didn't have any coffee (9am) and had to make a pot... another 5-10 minutes.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in town. It is close so I go on occasion. Every time there is a wait , staffing issues and people coming inside as part of their order missing. I ordered my meal at the kiosk so there would be no issues. How wrong could I be!!! I ordered and paid for a sausage and egg biscuit combo. I get to my destination and get my breakfast out and there Is a piece of egg in my biscuit. That is all. While waiting 4 people came in from drive thru for missing orders. You wonder why people don’t think fast food workers should get $15-20 an hour. Here is your answer. You do bad work you get bad pay . You top people off and don’t get them the food they pay for. That is fraud.

Just got home Half our meal is missing. They keep answering phone and hanging up.

Horrible experience, horrible management. Seems like the managers are bad here. Tried to pick up my mobile order at drive thru, took 30 min to even reach the drive thru box, guy doesn't answer me for 10 min. Then I change my pickup option to in store, leave drive thru, turns out they lock the door before the store even closes. Lmfao! There goes my order, took my money then ran. Cannot pick it up in store because they lock the door, why even have the option to pick it up at the counter then?
