I had a great experience on my most recent visit at Twin Hickory McDonald's earlier today!

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in town. It is close so I go on occasion. Every time there is a wait , staffing issues and people coming inside as part of their order missing. I ordered my meal at the kiosk so there would be no issues. How wrong could I be!!! I ordered and paid for a sausage and egg biscuit combo. I get to my destination and get my breakfast out and there Is a piece of egg in my biscuit. That is all. While waiting 4 people came in from drive thru for missing orders. You wonder why people don’t think fast food workers should get $15-20 an hour. Here is your answer. You do bad work you get bad pay . You top people off and don’t get them the food they pay for. That is fraud.

Straight up ignored. Ordered a cup for tea. Took 10 minutes. No ice. Wasn’t acknowledged once.
Just got home Half our meal is missing. They keep answering phone and hanging up.

Horrible experience, horrible management. Seems like the managers are bad here. Tried to pick up my mobile order at drive thru, took 30 min to even reach the drive thru box, guy doesn't answer me for 10 min. Then I change my pickup option to in store, leave drive thru, turns out they lock the door before the store even closes. Lmfao! There goes my order, took my money then ran. Cannot pick it up in store because they lock the door, why even have the option to pick it up at the counter then?

This McDonald's is one of the few good ones. I always order through the app and I'm through the drive thru in less than 2 minutes every time. The food is always correct fresh and hot. The service is excellent and the workers are always pleasant.

Unprofessional behavior. Sauce were missing, unethical when asked for receipt and Were staring when asked for it. National chain food chain having such service is unacceptable.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the food comes out ice cold and then the cashier catches an attitude when confronted about it. Literally instead of just heating up my food says I have to wait 15 mins for them to make everything all over again. She was just being petty.

Literally ordered 2 strawberries and cream pie and both of them were for my children and as soon as we get home to eat them, I realize they are completely raw and not even cooked. Not to mention the dude handing us our food looked like we were a complete inconvenience and also as if he hated his life and job. This is the “rich” area, hire people like that, not people who legit show how much they hate their job.

So rude ☹️ We visited this place and ordered two kids happy meal. My son politely asked for a different toy since we received two of the same ones. The toys were clearly visible and easy to identify, but the manager responded rudely, saying they couldn’t switch them because the toys come pre packed and they were too busy. The frustrating part was that I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time so the excuse didnt make sense. It was a small and reasonable request from my son and the dismissive and unkind response was very disappointing especially from a place that’s supposed to be family friendly
Came through the drive through for some old fries with no salt a coke with no syrup and they even screwed up my burgers

the slowest mcdonald’s on planet earth!! they might have litteral Tortuse’s working here. it least my burger bun was fresh but the wait is insane!! and ofc had to pull into a spot and wait even longer for my 2 meals

Thank you so much to the young lady who was friendly. She showed up even though it snowed a little and provided hot, fresh food. I had to go to work today too & had no power at the house to make anything. I really appreciate you being open.
