Came here after a target trip to grab three drinks. A caramel latte, blue frozen drink and a caramel frappe. When we arrived to the second window to pay I was faced with the back of a guy with very long hair, he didn’t say hello he didn’t review our order. His back was against the open window with his long hair in view. Looking inside through the window the place looked so chaotic. Everyone was running around and nothing was being delivered to customers. There was open drinks in view (employee drinks) -which i get it, but why where customers can see? kind of gross. There was an employee in particular who i’ve encountered before, she has a very unapologetically unpleasant behavior. She’s extremely off-putting. I understand people having bad days, however every encounter with this young lady has been extremely impolite and abrupt.Finally the guy with very long hair turned around handed us our blue icee and told us to park in spot #1. And so we parked. The frappe machine wasn’t working which is why we had to park. Although this issue persisted, we were like an island, far and forgotten. About 5-8 cars later (through driv-thru service) and 30 minutes of time, we decided to enter the mcdonalds with our receipt to retrieve the drinks we payed for. We then received our drinks in the next following 10 minutes. When we received our drinks, the same mcdonalds young lady (as mentioned before) was ignoring one of the customers in plain sight, she wouldn’t turn around to service her it was so rude. As we left mcdonalds this same customer (that was being ignored) stormed out and slammed her car and left.Such an unpleasant experience.yikes.

It's hard to communicate with employees that don't understand English. I don't mean that to be disrespectful it's just I don't understand Spanish language so I can only speak what I know .

This has to be the nastiest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life! The staff is absolutely positively rude! I really can’t express just how dirty this establishment is. I regret not taking photos of the over flowing trash, good smashed into the floor and tables covered in food and filth. It’s mind blowing.

This is the best run McDonald's in the Far West End, if not farther. Service has always been excellent. They even managed to keep the damn Frappe and Ice Cream machines working!!!!!

This is the first drive through that the service was so respectful.The employee on the line was so patient and nice even after i changed my mind.Will revisit.100% to the drive through staff.Food was great too.
I don't know how they are on other nights, but today there wasn't an extreme delay. Me and a few others were not ignored. They addressed us to let us know they will be right with us and they didn't take long to be with us. A pleasant experience.

The last 2 times my daughter stopped to get a happy meal for my granddaughter, she has been instructed to pull up and wait. This time she set for 10 minutes waiting for a simple McNugget Happy Meal. While I am happy my granddaughter got fresh nuggets, I'm perplexed as why it took this length of time. The restaurant was not busy at all. McDonald's Corporation- i know you can do better at hiring practices and absolutely can do better at customer service. See Chick Filet for business model when dealing with customers.
