I've come to this mod quite frequently because I like the pizza. Yesterday's wonderful service compelled me to write a review. I came in for lunch admittedly in a bad mood compounded by the fact the app wouldn't work. The staff's friendly demeanor immediately turned my mood around. They looked up my account with my phone number and served me an excellent pizza. The positive attitude of the female employee who took my order turned my mood around. Thanks!
Tried to build my meal my way, The girl at the front wanted it her way. She was very rigid and it definitely ruined my mood. Is it so hard to make it the way the customer wants it??? I think there should be more training on customer service at this location because every other mod location I've gone to has been awesome!!!!!!

Atmosphere isn’t anything special. Industrial, clean and gets the job done.

unfortunately, all the pizzas were not as expected and did not meet any of the good reviews that I read before i decided to do my first order from MOD. The pizzas were very hard especially the thin crust but the thick was also hard to bite. I will try to dine in next time hoping change my mind about the quality and the taste of the pizza when it’s hot and fresh. But after the first experience, i am not recommend it for take out.
