The pizza was so delicious ! I got the maddy gluten free crust pizza with red sauce, mozzarella , oregano and parmesan and it was so good and crunchy , staff eas super friendly after i explained it was my first time there ! Would go again !

This is probably one of the better MOD Pizza locations this side of the river. The pizzas always come out constructed and cooked perfectly. The toppings are well proportioned with not too much or too little of sauce and cheese. Service was never consistent on each of my visits but has been OK or above. I like that they are conscious about food allergies whenever I ask for dairy free cheese. Overall, good pizza, dairy free cheese, and decent service is why this is my go to for a personal pizza.

Gotta say, this is my favorite pizza place. Love the thin crust, the variety and quality of the toppings available, and the options you have for creating the pizza (good for you pineapple on pizza lovers. Add the ease of ordering via the app and the rewards/loyalty program and game over. That’s not even mentioning the delicious taste. Same for the fresh salads. You can add any and everything to them too. The No name cake is also delicious, but I wouldn’t mind seeing chocolate filling as part of the lineup.I wish this place was around in the late 80s and 90s. Its about as good as it gets. ❤️

My 11 year old got soda in a water cup (without me noticing it) while we were waiting for our order. And here comes this angry employee and starts yelling at my son that these cups are for water only. I apologized for my son’s mistake and offered to pay for it. However, he ignored everything I was saying and made my son to throw away the soda. He continued his ignorance by delivering our order without any bag, and by ignoring me when I asked for one. I had to eventually go to another employee for it. Such Ignorance and Racism is not acceptable. I used to order here 2-3 times a month, but Never again. Good luck with that attitude. You lost my business.Editing to add that the Manager followed up with us with apologies. Definitely appreciated

Stopped in for a quick lunch today. The mad dog pizza is a true meat lovers delight. My pizza was cooked to perfection & tasted fantastic! The customer service I received from the short caucasian lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the pizzas and she did a good job upselling me on a no name cake. That cake is dangerously good lol.It’s super nice to talk to friendly people who seem to enjoy their jobs very much! The staff as a whole are upbeat, knowledgeable and super nice. I think I found my new favorite pizza spot.
The pizza is ok and we'll try dining in again, but I'm worried about ordering online from this Mod Pizza again. Twice in a row they charged me for 11-inch pizzas and delivered minis instead. Once was an 11-inch veggie (and we received a mini) and once was an 11-inch maddy (and again we received a mini). I didn't complain the first time and just wrote it off as a loss. The second time, I let them know about the mistake. Looks like they'll send me the correct order, hopefully... but it's just not worth the time it takes to call them and attempt to correct the mistake. About 10 minutes later, a manager called me and said it was a problem with their printer which they've corrected. I appreciate that they're trying to correct the problem. I appreciate they re-made my order. Waiting for the correct order to arrive. Good job by the manager to look into the problem (turned out to be a printing issue) and correct it. I'll try ordering online again and hope next time will be seamless.

An interesting fast food- custom order pizza shop, MOD mirrors the subway/ qdoba model using a watch me make it to your specification format. Each pizza is a personal pizza size. MOD gets having many pizza options right, offering a traditional, gluten free and cauliflower crust as well as a decent range of pizza toppings, including fresh basil, multiple cheeses and sauces. Overall quality was fine. Where I think the experience at MOD goes sideways is with the service which results in not so great food. This was my first dining experience here, and I can tell you the staff were unhelpful and frankly a bit unfriendly, making me feel like I was a burden for them simply by coming in. They did not help me understand ordering options: like how many toppings, or how much I can get. Staff were focused on getting me through my order as quickly as possible and with as little engagement as possible. So, what I ended up with was a minimally dressed pizza. This, at a price that would have afforded me a lot more and better pizza somewhere else. The personal sized pizza was about $15 each, (specialty crusts are an up charge) so we spent ~$30 on two pies without any drinks. Ambiance was okay. Some high top tables and regular fast food style tables. Decent outdoor seating. Drinks are self service. While the food was okay, the overall MOD experience was not good and the value was not there.
