We have ordered their fajita meal kit several times. My family really enjoys the meal. It is a fun and easy for any get together. Ordering on the app is very easy and pick up was a breeze. It is packaged so well that it travels well. The meal served 6 adults for my family. We will definitely order again!

I wanted this to be so good... but... it was just okay... my sister really hyped it up that it was so much better than Chipotle... and maybe it's personal preference but it's really not. The floors were dirty and we wiped our own table before sitting down... and it wasn't even busy. Some of the food took some time to get ready and with the amount of employees there, someone could have said I'm sorry for your wait here is the rest of your food... instead, the one woman just keep yelling out YOUR STACK IS READY YOU CAN COME GET IT.... Service was blah... there was one man there with locs in his hair... he was very pleasant and kind.... Steak was pretty tough... Probably won't be back... ever...

First time visiting this location. Typically you are welcomed at Moe’s. Hardly nothing here. Restaurant was dark. Went to order food. Workers could not communicate well. Asked for help and got no response. Than the manager (I assume) came over and told us not to lean over counter. Extremely rude. Can see why it was empty at lunch hour. Prices are high. Workers don’t communicate. Manager was rude. Won’t ever come back to that location.

Doordashed food from here and received cold food. My husband paid $20.00 for his bowl for it to have hard beans, rice, and steak. Also didn't even receive the extra meat (chicken) I got a taco that was cold and soggy. They offer the free chip and salsa option yet didn't receive the salsa with the chips lol. Very disappointed in the food from here. My dogs ate it ?♀️

With the recent lack of quality at Chipotle, we decided to give Moe’s a shot. (We used to be regulars at a NoVA Moe’s but since moving to RVA many years ago, just never went.). Holy smokes, it’s downright delicious. I have to say that it’s gotten better over time. The adobo chicken is amazing, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and of course the chips and salsa are a great side.
