Absolutely one of the best places we've ever been to, everyone was very kind and attentive to our needs. I was using a fork to cut up my daughter's food and one of the servers noticed from across the room and brought me a knife before I even realized. Also, the Thai iced tea here is the most delicious I've ever had in my entire life!!

The most (and I MEAN THE MOST) delicious fried rice I’ve ever had! It beats the fried rice at Miyabi in Richmond! The meat and veggies are well seasoned and taste fresh. The sushi was also great, even delivered! You will not regret ordering food here.

Delicious food! I got the chicken katsu with curry. Not too spicy and bursting with flavor. The chicken was moist on the inside and flaky on the outside, perfectly what I wanted. Miso soup was also great and the pork gyoza had an incredible sauce. Would totally come back here for another tasty meal!

I have always been a fan on Ninja, literally everything on the menu is so good, and so reasonably priced. This past year I had to go egg and dairy free and they’re seriously the most accommodating restaurant that I have ever eaten from. They go above and beyond to make sure my order is egg and dairy free, and always reconfirm with me when I pick up the order. Hands down, the MOST underrated sushi/hibachi spot in all of Richmond.

If you want delicious hibachi without paying for & seeing the same ol show they always put on, this is your place! The service is top notch & the food is as good if not better than the places that do put the shows on, and the price is much more reasonable. Portions are very generous & always served with a smile. I eat here frequently despite living 40 minutes away, & will continue to do so. I highly recommend you try them too.

Exceptional Lunch Experience at Ninja Hibachi!
My wife and I stopped by Ninja Hibachi for lunch today, and it was an outstanding experience from the moment we walked in.
I ordered the chicken hibachi, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and well-balanced without being overly salty. The lunch special came with a vegetable egg roll, which was a great surprise and added even more value to the meal. The portions were generous—especially for a lunch special—and we left feeling full and satisfied.
What really stood out was the atmosphere. We loved the open kitchen, which gave us a clear view of the chefs at work. It added a sense of transparency and energy to the space. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying their ramen next time. Highly recommended if you're looking for great food, generous portions, and warm hospitality!
